1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product type and model marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyurethane foaming packaging equipment. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of polyurethane foaming packaging equipment (referred to as foaming machine) in place. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties to an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated referenced document, the latest version shall apply to this standard. 3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Foaming machine polyurethane foam-place packaging equipment can inject a mixture of foaming materials of different components into a mold or between a product and a container to make it foam and solidify. 4 Product type and model marking
4.1 Product type
Product types are divided into: vehicle-mounted, desktop, handheld and foam bag type. 4.2 Model marking

5 Requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
Derived sequence number: Roman numerals I, Ⅱ, Ⅱ are used to indicate the main parameters: Rated output flow L: (kg/min) Structural type: vehicle-mounted type for \C”, desktop type for \T” Foam bag type \F\ Name code: On-site foaming packaging equipment
5.1.1 The surface coating of the foaming machine equipment should be flat and smooth, with uniform color, without obvious dirt, flow marks, blistering, delamination, rust, scratches, and weld virtual welding.
5.1.2 Each foaming machine shall be equipped with a sign at an obvious location. The sign requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB13306. 5.1.3 The foaming machine shall operate smoothly, and the moving parts shall be sensitive, coordinated and accurate, without jamming and abnormal market response. 5.1.4 The circuit control system of the foaming machine shall be safe and reliable, and the temperature control shall be accurate. 5.1.5 There shall be no leakage of liquid or air at each connection joint. 5.1.6 The mixing head shall be suitable for different mixing ratios of raw materials used for packaging. 5.2 Safety and protection requirements
5.2.1 The safety and protection requirements of the foaming machine shall comply with the provisions of JB7233-1994. 5.2.2 The foaming machine shall have a reliable grounding device and an obvious grounding mark. 5.2.3 The insulation resistance measured when 500V (dc) is applied between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit shall be not less than 1MQ5.2.4 All circuit conductors of the equipment and the protective grounding circuit shall be subjected to a withstand voltage test of at least 1s. 5.3 Performance requirements
5.3.1 The noise of the foaming machine should not exceed 75dBA). 5.3.2 The heating temperature control is correct and effective, the adjustment is convenient, the temperature rise is fast, and it can fully meet the process temperature required for foaming. The temperature difference between the set temperature value and the actual temperature value in the working state and the non-working state is ±6℃. 5.3.3 Rated output pressure: 2~4MPa.
5.3.4 Rated output flow: 2~5kg/min. 5.3.5 The material of the material pipe should be heat-resistant, pressure-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, and should not react with chemical raw materials. 5.3.6 The nozzle of the foaming machine should have a self-cleaning cleaning function, and a mechanical cleaning method should be used during packaging. 5.3.7 Foaming packaging products produced from normal raw materials should meet the corresponding requirements of GB/T15719. 6 Test methods
6.1 Basic requirements
According to the provisions of 5.1, observe the operation of the machine by visual inspection and related means, and check the relevant measurement and inspection reports, etc., to verify whether the machine meets the basic requirements.
6.2 Safety and protection test
6.2.1 Check safety and protection, which should comply with the provisions of 5.2.1. 6.2.2 Check the grounding device and measure its grounding resistance according to the provisions of 19.2 of GB/T5226.1-2002. 2
6.2.3 Use an insulation resistance meter to measure its insulation resistance according to the provisions of 19.3 of CB/T5226.1-2002. 6.2.4 Use a withstand voltage tester to perform a withstand voltage test according to the provisions of 19.4 of GB/T5226.1-2002. 6.3 Performance requirements
6.3.1 Noise test.

During continuous operation, the noise of the foaming machine shall be measured according to the method specified in JB/T7232-1994, and its noise value shall comply with the provisions of 5.3.1.
6.3.2 Heating temperature deviation detection.
After the foaming machine is running normally and stably, the noise shall be measured with an accuracy of ±1.5℃, 0.2℃ resolution thermometer, measure the temperature once every 0.5min at the outlet, for a total of 3 times. The error between the average value of the 3 measured temperatures and the set heating temperature should comply with the provisions of 5.3.2. 6.3.3 Rated output pressure detection.
Remove any screw plug of the foaming machine, use a two-way joint, one end is connected to the threaded hole of the screw plug, and the other threaded hole is connected to the hydraulic gauge.
Press the trigger grip, the liquid enters the foaming machine, and read the pressure indicated by the hydraulic gauge at the same time. 6.3.4 Rated output flow detection.
While testing the pressure, use a container to hold the liquid ejected for 1min every 5min, and weigh the liquid mass, for a total of 3 weighings, and the maximum value among the 3 weighings is the rated output flow.
6.3.5 Material quality inspection of the material pipe.
First check the material report and quality certificate of the machine parts. When the material cannot be proved, it should be inspected according to the test method of the corresponding material, and an actual compatibility test should be performed. 7 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Each foaming machine should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard and can only be shipped with a product certificate. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a)
When a new product or an old product is transferred to a factory for trial production and identification; b)
After formal production, if there are significant differences in materials, structure, and process; when the normal production time is one year;
When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension;
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f)
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.2.2
Type inspection shall include all items in the 5 requirements. Type inspection is qualified if all items of type inspection are qualified. In type inspection, if one of the safety and protection inspections and tests is unqualified, the type inspection is judged to be unqualified. If one of the other items is unqualified, the unqualified item shall be doubled and retested. If it is still unqualified, the product shall be judged to be unqualified in type inspection.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
The marking of the packaging box shall comply with the relevant provisions of CB/T191. 8.2
Before packaging the product, the exposed processed surface shall be coated with anti-rust agent. 8.2.1
8.2.2 The product packaging box shall be firm and reliable, and meet the requirements of transportation and loading and unloading. 8.2.3 The packaging box shall have reliable moisture-proof measures. 8.2.4
The special tools and wearing parts of the foaming machine shall be packaged and fixed in the packaging box. The technical documents shall be properly packaged and placed in the packaging box, and shall include the following contents: 8.2.5
Product certificate;
b) Product manual;
c) Packing list.
8.3 Transportation and storage
8.3.1 The foaming machine should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. 8.3.2 The product should be handled with care during transportation. Inversion and collision are not allowed. S/N:15801
