4.1 Samples
Specifications and appearance samples shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection rules in this standard. Physical and mechanical properties samples Four samples are randomly selected from the samples for testing, of which three are used for empty box compression test and one is used for sample preparation of calcium plastic board. 4.2 The standard environment for sample state adjustment and testing shall be carried out in accordance with the standard environment and normal deviation range specified in GB2918, and the test shall be carried out under this condition, and the state adjustment time shall not be less than 4h.
4.3 Specifications
4.3.1 Calcium plastic box
Use a steel ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mm to measure the parallel distance of each side of the length, width and height of each sample box, and take the maximum or minimum value. 4.3.2 Thickness of calcium plastic board
Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure the thickness of each calcium plastic board of each sample box perpendicular to the direction of the corrugated ribs, measure 5 points at random, and take the minimum value.
4.3.3 Number of corrugated ribs
Use a steel ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mm to measure any position on the surface of each sample box, counting from the first corrugated rib as the starting point to 100mm, record the number of corrugated ribs, and take the minimum value. 4.4 Appearance
Visually inspect under natural light and measure with corresponding measuring tools. 4.5 Physical and mechanical properties
4.5.1 Calcium plastic box empty box pressure resistance
Perform according to GB/T4857.4.
Seal the upper cover and lower bottom of the box to be tested with tape, and then place it flat between the two pressure plates of the testing machine, so that the center line of the sample coincides with the vertical line of the center of the two pressure plates of the testing machine. The test speed is 10±2mm/min. Record the maximum value of the compression bending of the empty box around, and take the average value of the test results of 3 boxes, accurate to 1N.
4.5.2 Calcium plastic board
4.5.2.1 Sample preparation
Cut it on the sample box with the specified punch as shown in Figure 1. 27

Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1040.
Wall reinforcement direction
The test sample is dumbbell-shaped (see Figure 2), with a gauge length of 70mm and a test speed of 50±5mm/min. It is expressed as the arithmetic mean of the test results of 5 samples, accurate to 1N.

4.5.2.3 Plane compression
Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1041.
Cut 5 circular specimens with a diameter of 80±0.5mm (area of 50cm2), the test speed is 10±2mm/min, the first peak value on the recorder is taken as the compression load, and the test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the 5 specimens, accurate to 1N. 4.5.2.4 Vertical compression force
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1041.
Cut 5 100mm×60mm notched specimens (see Figure 3), place the specimens vertically between the two pressure plates of the testing machine in the direction of the corrugated ribs so that the center line of the specimens coincides with the center line of the two pressure plates, the test speed is 10±2mm/min, take the maximum load when the middle part of the specimen (notch) is compressed and bent as the vertical compression force, expressed as the arithmetic mean of the test results of the 5 specimens, accurate to 1N. 4.5.2.5 Tearing force
Perform according to the provisions of QB/T1130.
Cut 5 right-angle tearing specimens, align the right-angle mouth of the specimen with the corrugated ribs, so that the tearing direction is consistent with the direction of the corrugated ribs, and the test speed is 200±50mm/min. The arithmetic mean of the test results of 5 specimens is expressed, accurate to 1N. 4.5.2.6 Low-temperature folding resistance
The specimen is a long strip with a length of 100mm and a width of 25mm, 3 pieces per group. Place the specimen in industrial ethanol at a specified temperature, and the temperature fluctuation is allowed to be ±2℃. Take it out after 15 minutes, clamp it with two wooden boards, and immediately bend the pressure line part 90°, and then bend it 180° in the opposite direction. The bending should be completed within 30s, and observe whether there is a crack at the bending part. All three samples are qualified if they are not cracked.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 batch
Calcium plastic boxes are inspected and accepted in batches. The calcium plastic boxes produced with the same brand of raw materials, the same formula and the same process conditions shall not exceed 40,000 pieces per batch.
5.2 Inspection classification

Factory inspection includes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 items of Table 5 in 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.2. 5.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection items are all items in the technical requirements. Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations: 29
GB/T 6980--1995
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, raw materials, process, and formula, which may affect product performance; during normal production, inspection shall be carried out every six months; c.
When the product is resumed after a long-term suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5.3 Sampling
Random sampling method is adopted. Each calcium plastic box is a sample unit, and the specifications and appearance are carried out in accordance with GB2828. A secondary normal sampling plan is adopted, the general inspection level is I, and the qualified quality level (AQI.) is 6.5, see Table 6.
