Rectifier Equipment for Electroplating
JB/T 1504--93
Replaces JB1504-75
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements and test methods of rectifier equipment for electroplating. This standard applies to rectifier equipment for electroplating that does not convert polarity and requires output polarity conversion (including diode rectifier equipment with voltage regulator, saturated reactor voltage regulation and rectifier equipment with voltage regulation using crystal tube, power transistor, etc., hereinafter referred to as equipment). It can also be applied to DC power supply equipment for anodizing and low-voltage electrolysis.
This standard does not apply to pulse electroplating power supply equipment. 2 Reference standards

Priority numbers and priority number systems
The following terms are only special terms for this standard. For general terms related to power electronics, please refer to GB2900.33 and GB3859. 3.1 Corrosion-resistant structure
The main electrical components of the equipment are isolated from the surrounding corrosive gas by some medium (such as transformer oil), or a sealing method is used to prevent or reduce corrosion. 3.2 Steady current density
After the current density of the equipment is set, its output current changes with the area of the workpiece to be electroplated, and the current per unit area of the workpiece to be plated is kept constant.
