1 Scope

This part of GB19079 specifies the basic conditions and basic technical requirements that diving venues should have. This part applies to all types of artificial diving venues and fixed natural diving venues open to the public. 2 Normative references

The following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB19079. 3.1
Diving places scuba diving Divingplace
A place where people can carry out diving training, competition, fitness and leisure activities. It includes: a human diving place and a fixed natural diving place.
Diving equipment
refers to the equipment used by people when they are diving. It includes: diving mask, breathing tube, breathing regulator, underwater lighting, air cylinder, treading suit, diving boots, toe drill, buoyancy regulator, etc. 3.3
Diving instructor refers to the person who teaches diving sports theory and skills. 3.4
Experience diving Diving refers to diving activities performed by people without diving qualifications under the accompaniment and guidance of diving instructors. 4 Qualifications of practitioners

5 Site, facilities and equipment conditions
5.1 Artificial diving site
5.1.1 The diving pool should meet the following requirements: - The pool wall and bottom should be light-colored
The construction quality should meet the requirements of the national building code, and the construction materials should meet the requirements of (H6566!). - The static friction coefficient of the ground around the diving pool should not be less than 0.5. 5.1.2 Sedimentation and suction equipment or automatic water circulation filtration, disinfection and suction equipment should obtain product inspection certificates issued by professional and technical organizations that meet the statutory conditions.
5.1.3 Diving pool The horizontal illumination before the water is not less than 801x5.1.4: There should be a forced-pass condensation disinfection pool between the locker room and the diving pool. 5.2 Fixed natural diving sites
5.2.1 There are clear and regular dangerous area signs. 5.2.2 There is a command (lookout) ship that can overlook the entire port diving area. 5.3 Diving equipment

6.1 Diving sites provide reports on temperature and water overflow 6.2 Fixed natural diving sites provide reports on local weather and tidal changes 6.3 Water quality and sanitation in flooded sites meet the requirements of GH9667, GH9668, and G133097 6.4 The air quality in diving sites meets the requirements of GB1667, GB181668, and GB/T17093 6.5 The environmental sanitation of diving sites meets the requirements of GB9667, G139668 7 Safety Assurance
7.1 Facilities
7.1.1 Fixed natural diving sites should have several lifeboats. 7.1.2 The diving site should be located in a designated hospital with reduced cabin facilities. 7.1.3 Lifebuoys, lifeboats, and life preservers should be provided at the diving site. 7.1.4 First aid medicines and equipment should be placed in a visible and accessible location. 7.2 Safety System
7.2.1 There should be "Instructions for Divers" and safety notices at the wake-up location. 2 Drowning emergency rescue operation procedures and drowning accident handling system should be hung in a conspicuous location. 7.2.2
