1 Topic Content and Scope of Application
JB/T7065-1993
This standard specifies the structural type, model, installation dimensions, performance parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, etc. of pressure relief valve for transformer (hereinafter referred to as relief valve). This standard applies to overpressure protection devices for electrical products such as oil-immersed transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, switches, etc. 2 Reference standards

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms apply to this standard.
3.1 Opening pressure

The inlet static pressure to which the diaphragm disc is subjected when the diaphragm disc of the release valve jumps up and the transformer oil is continuously discharged. 3.2 Closing pressure
The inlet static pressure to which the diaphragm disc is subjected when the diaphragm disc contacts the valve seat again or the opening height is zero, that is, the pressure when the leakage through the sealing device stops.
3.3 Opening time
When the pressure on the diaphragm disc reaches the opening pressure, the release valve does not open immediately but prolongs the opening time. 3.4 Sealing pressure
Inlet pressure higher than the closing pressure and lower than the opening pressure. When the inlet pressure rises to this pressure value, the release valve should be reliably sealed without leakage.
Structural type, model and installation size
4.1 Structural type
The main structural type of the release valve is the external spring type, which can be equipped with or without a directional injection device. Its main components are the valve body and electrical and mechanical signal devices.

6 Technical requirements

6.1 The release valve shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 6.2 Conditions of use
6.2.1 Operating temperature: -30~+95℃,
6.2.2 Installation method; the release valve can be installed on the oil tank or on the upper side wall of the oil tank. 6.3 Performance of the release valve||t t||6.3.1 Opening pressure: The opening pressure of the assembled relief valve shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. For a release valve with a mechanical signal mark, when the relief valve is opened, the mark bar shall move and be obvious. When the relief valve is closed, the mark bar shall remain in the position after opening, and then be reset manually. For a release valve equipped with a signal switch, when the relief valve is opened, the signal contact shall be reliably switched and self-locked, and then be reset manually. 6.3.2 Closing pressure: The closing pressure of the relief valve shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 6.3.3 Opening time: When When the pressure acting on the diaphragm reaches the opening pressure, the release valve should open quickly, and its opening time should not exceed 2ms. 6.4 High and low temperature opening performance: When the operating temperature is -30℃ to +95℃, the opening pressure of the release valve should meet the requirements of Table 3. 6.5 Time-dependent opening performance
The first opening pressure of the assembled release valve after at least 24 hours of static storage should meet the requirements of Table 3. 6.6 Sealing performance of the release valve
6.6.1 Vacuum sealing performance: The release valve should be able to withstand vacuum test. When the vacuum residual pressure is not more than 133Pa, the duration is 10min, and the leakage rate should not exceed 1.33Pa.L/s, and the components should not be deformed or damaged. 6.6.2 Sealing performance at sealing pressure: When the release valve is closed, a static pressure of the sealing pressure value specified in Table 3 is applied to the release valve, and there should be no leakage for 2 hours.
6.7 Displacement performance of release valve
When the release valve reaches the opening pressure at room temperature and 95℃, the discharge volume of the fluid shall comply with the specified values of the design and product technical conditions. 6.8500 times of operation
The first opening pressure and closing pressure measured after 500 times of release valve operation shall comply with the provisions of Table 3, and the sealing performance shall comply with the provisions of 6.6 of this standard.
6.9 The capacity of the signal switch contact of the release valve shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4

Insulation performance of signal switch: A short-term power frequency withstand voltage of 2000V is applied between the signal switch contacts and the conductive part to the ground for 1 minute, and no flashover or breakdown should occur.
The seal used for the release valve should meet the requirements of the transformer oil-resistant rubber standard. After the release valve is assembled, the cover and valve seat should be straight, the center line should be aligned, and no distortion is allowed. 6.12
The coating on the outer surface of the release valve should be uniform and bright, and no defects such as peeling, bubbles, and accumulation are allowed. The sign pole should be colored and the color should be eye-catching.
Protection performance: It should meet the requirements of IPX4. Moisture-proof and salt-ammonia-proof performance
The release valve should meet the requirements of moisture-proof and salt-fog-proof for corresponding transformer products. 7 Test methods
7.1 Opening pressure test

Fill the tank with compressed air at room temperature. When the pressure increment reaches 25-40kPa/s, the release valve should continuously and intermittently jump, with a cycle of 1-4$. Each time it jumps, the signal switch should switch reliably and self-lock, and the mechanical signal mark should also move obviously. It is qualified if there is no abnormality after 10 consecutive actions.
7.2 Closing pressure test
Fill the end with compressed air at room temperature. When the release valve diaphragm jumps up, immediately close the air inlet valve. The pressure value when the pressure gauge pointer stops completely is the closing pressure. Test for no less than 3 times, and take the lowest value as the closing pressure value. .7.3 High temperature opening performance test
When the temperature in the thermostatic box reaches 95℃, place the test tank equipped with the release valve in the box. When the temperature reaches 95℃ again, keep it for 30 minutes and then take it out. Fill the tank with compressed air. When the pressure in the end reaches the opening pressure, the release valve should open and jump intermittently. The mechanical signs and signal switches should operate normally. It is qualified if there is no abnormality after 10 operations. All tests should not exceed 2 minutes. 7.4 Low temperature opening pressure test
7.4.1 The release valve that has passed the normal temperature, aging and high temperature opening pressure tests needs to be left for more than 24 hours before the low temperature opening pressure test can be performed. 7.4.2 When the controlled temperature in the low temperature box reaches -30℃, place the test tank equipped with the release valve in the constant temperature box. When the temperature reaches -30℃ again and is maintained for 30 minutes, fill the tank with compressed air, with a pressure increment of 25~40kPa/s. When the pressure in the tank reaches the opening pressure, the release valve should open and jump intermittently. The mechanical signs and signal switches should operate normally. It is qualified if there is no abnormality after 10 operations. The whole test should not exceed 2 minutes.
7.5 Time-dependent opening performance
The qualified release valve at room temperature should be left to stand for at least 24 hours or more. The first opening pressure value measured in the test should meet the requirements of Table 3. The test method is the same as the opening pressure test.
7.6 Sealing performance test of sealing pressure value
The test system is filled with transformer oil (oil temperature is 95℃) or kerosene at room temperature. The release valve is installed on the test device. The pressure of the sealing pressure value is applied to the system. It is qualified if there is no leakage for 2 hours. 7.7 Vacuum sealing performance test
The release valve is installed on the vacuum pump and the vacuum pump is started. When the vacuum residual pressure is not greater than 133Pa, the vacuum reading door is closed and the timing starts when the vacuum gauge value returns to 133Pa. The leakage rate after 10 minutes should not exceed 1.33Pa.L/s, and the components shall not be deformed or damaged. 7.8 Displacement performance test
7.8.1 Install the release valve on a special test device, and measure the actual displacement of the release valve when the fluid is opened at different boost speeds at room temperature and 95℃.
7.8.2 Draw a function curve of displacement and boost speed. Verify the maximum and minimum discharge volume specified in the technical conditions. 7.9 Oil resistance and aging resistance test of sealing enclosure
Immerse the sample in 120℃ transformer oil, and keep it for 168h. Its performance and size should meet the relevant regulations. 7.10 Signal switch insulation performance test
7.10.1 Signal switch contact test: When the contact is in the disconnected position, first connect one of the contact ends to the ground (including the lead wire), and apply a short-term working voltage of 2000V between the contacts. There should be no flashover breakdown phenomenon for 1min. 7.10.2 Test of contact terminals to ground: After short-circuiting all the two groups of terminals, apply a short-time power frequency voltage of 2000V between the terminals and the ground. No flashover or breakdown should occur for 1 minute. 7.11 Opening time test
It is realized by simulating a short-circuit accident or detonating a combustible gas. At least two of the three tests are not longer than 2ms to be qualified. 7.12 Protection performance test
It is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4208 standard. After the test, the insulation performance of the switch shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.10. 7.13 Moisture-proof test
It is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.4 alternating warm test method. 7.14 Salt spray test

When new products are trial-produced;
When the performance of finalized products is affected by changes in materials, structure or process; Normally produced products shall be subjected to type tests every 3 years. 2% of the products shall be selected from a batch of products, but not less than 5 units. Marking, packaging, transportation
The product nameplate shall indicate the product name and model, manufacturer name, factory date, and product code. Each product shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and an instruction manual when it leaves the factory. 9.2
Each product shall be sealed in a plastic bag and packed in a packaging box. 9.3
9.4The product shall not be thrown or hit during transportation and storage. Additional remarks
