JB/T 50170-1999 Energy consumption classification of electric furnace for smelting white corundum
Basic Information
Standard ID:
JB/T 50170-1999
Standard Name: Energy consumption classification of electric furnace for smelting white corundum
JB/T 50170-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 020-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of White Corundum Smelting Electric Furnaces". This standard specifies the energy consumption level of white corundum abrasive smelting electric furnaces with a capacity of 360~2500kVA. Other capacities of white corundum abrasive smelting electric furnaces can be implemented as a reference. White corundum smelting electric furnaces can be divided into first, second and third grades according to their furnace base unit consumption. Furnace bases that do not meet the third grade index are classified as off-grade. This standard was first issued on March 5, 1988. During the revision, the original standard was edited: the main technical content was changed. This standard replaces Z8J01020-88 from the date of implementation. This standard also proposes upgrades to the Mechanical Science Research Institute. This standard was drafted by: the Sixth Design Institute of the State Machinery Commission, the Energy Conservation Center of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and the main drafters of this standard: Pan Bangwei, Wu Buzhi. This standard was first issued in 1988. 1 Scope Standards of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Energy Consumption Classification of Electric Furnaces for Smelting White Corundum (Internal Use) JE/T50170—1999 Generation 2,101020—88 This standard specifies the energy consumption level of electric furnaces for smelting white corundum with a capacity of 560~2500kVA. Electric furnaces for smelting white corundum of other capacities may refer to the relevant regulations 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the listed standards shall constitute the provisions of this standard by citing them in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were all valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the feasibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB 2479-t996 General Corundum White Jade 3 Energy Consumption Classification White corundum smelting electric furnaces are divided into first, second and third grades according to their furnace base unit consumption: except for the third grade whose furnace output unit consumption does not reach the third grade index: the furnace base unit consumption classification of corundum smelting electric furnaces is shown in the table! Table Furnace Unit Gross Index kw·h/t—Product Block >2020-2070 First-grade corundum blocks are made into process balls that meet GB24. 2 All smelting electric furnaces should have complete operation supervision, environment design and material composition analysis records. 3 The scope of energy consumption statistics is limited to the power consumption directly used for smelting. 4 Furnace unit consumption calculation >2070-2200 The furnace unit consumption of the self-corundum smelting electric furnace is the average furnace unit consumption per ton of white corundum block during the statistical period, calculated according to formula (1): W In the formula, the average furnace unit consumption of the white corundum smelting electric furnace during the statistical period, kw+hll; the total power consumption of the furnace during the statistical period, W·H; EG The output of the first-grade self-corundum block of the furnace during the statistical period is 1. The output of the first-grade dead corundum is measured in full. 2 The smelting power consumption is based on the maximum value measured by the active power meter using a transformer. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on December 30, 1909, and implemented on June 1, 2000 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
