This standard applies to the calibration of enameled round wire softening breakdown tester. 2 Reference standards JB/T4279.1 General principles for calibration methods of enameled winding wire test equipment Calibration items and technical requirements 3.1 The size of the heating mold of the enameled round wire softening breakdown tester is 100mm×100mm×70mm, and the allowable error is 1mm. The mold material is brass. 3.2 The two wire grooves of the tester heating mold should be vertical, and the intersection angle is 90°±5°. 3.3 The test voltage between the two specimens should be AC 100±10V. 3.4 When a current of 5±0.5mA passes through the two specimens, the tester should send a softening breakdown signal. 3.5 The short-circuit current between the specimens should not exceed 50mA. 3.6 The difference between the indicated temperature of the test instrument and the actual temperature of the intersection of the sample shall not exceed 2℃3.7 The allowable error of the test timing device for 120s is ±5s. 3.8 The load and the allowable error shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 Error± Instruments for verification Protractor. 4.2 Vernier caliper, 125mm, graduation value 0.02mm. 4.3 AC voltmeter, Class 1.5. 4.4 AC milliampere level, Class 1.5. 4.5 Thermocouple, nickel-copper-nickel (constantan), nickel-nickel-silicon or their materials, with a tested wire diameter of 0.5mm and a node diameter of not more than 2.0mm. www.bzxz.net 4.6 DC digital voltmeter, the allowable measurement error is ±0.05%. Check whether the intersection of the specimens is under the pressure rod. 5.2 Use a vernier caliper to measure the size of the heating mold. 5.3 Check the intersection angle of the two wire slots with a protractor. 5.4 Measure the test voltage with an AC voltmeter. 5.5 Connect the variable resistor and the AC milliammeter between the two test electrodes, gradually reduce the resistance of the resistor, and check the current indication value when the tester sends a breakdown signal. 5.6 Connect the AC milliammeter between the two test electrodes to check the short-circuit current. 5.7 Adjust the tester to the specified temperature. After entering the constant temperature state, place the thermocouple at the intersection of the two samples, lower the pressure rod, and check the difference between the temperature at the intersection of the two samples and the indicated temperature of the tester. 5.8 Use a stopwatch to measure the error of the timing device of the tester for 120s. 5.9 Use a balance and table to measure the load. Processing of verification results 6.1 A verification certificate will be issued to the qualified enameled round wire softening breakdown tester, and a verification result notice will be issued to the unqualified one. The cover forms of the verification certificate and verification result notification are shown in the appendix of JB/T4279.1. 6.2 The initial verification of the enameled round wire softening breakdown tester is carried out according to all verification items, and the periodic verification only needs to verify the items specified in Articles 5.4, 5.5, 5.7 and 5.8 of this standard. 6.3 The verification cycle of the enameled round wire softening breakdown tester is generally set at 2 years.
