3.1 The classification and model of the slide block shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

4.2 The surface of the slider should be clean and flat, and no oxidation, cracks, or appearance defects such as edge loss, corner loss, and deformation that affect the performance are allowed. 4.3 Impregnation The slider should be impregnated.
4.4 The specifications and dimensions of the slider should comply with the provisions in the figure. 5 Test methods
5.1 The test methods for resistivity, Shore hardness and flexural strength of the slider shall comply with the provisions of GB1994. 5.2 Check the size of the slider with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm and visually inspect the appearance defects. 5.3 After destroying the slider sample, visually inspect the degree of impregnation. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Carry out factory inspection of the slider in accordance with Articles 4.1 to 4.4 of this standard. 6.2 When inspecting Articles 4.1 to 4.4 of the standard, the sampling method shall comply with GB2828, and the normal inspection secondary sampling plan shall be adopted. The inspection level is the special inspection level S-3, and the qualified quality level AQL=6.5. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The packaging box shall be printed with the words moisture-proof and fragile, and the names of the receiving unit, destination, manufacturer and departure station shall be indicated. 7.1.2 After the slider passes the inspection, the manufacturer's quality inspection department will issue a certificate of conformity, which shall indicate: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, model, production batch number, standard code or main performance indicators, full-time inspector code and quality inspection department's special seal of conformity. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 First put the slider into a cardboard box, and then put the cardboard box into a wooden packaging box. Fill the gaps in the box with paper scraps or other soft fillers to prevent the slider from moving and colliding.
7.2.2 Each packaging box is accompanied by a product certificate. 7.3 Transportation
The slider should be transported in a sealed or canopy compartment to prevent rain. Be careful when loading and unloading to prevent damage. 7. Exposure Storage
The slider should be stored in a ventilated and clean warehouse to avoid moisture. Additional Notes:
