Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 5345-1991 Butterfly valve for transformer Published on 1991-06-28 Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Implementation on 1992-07-01 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T 5345-1991 This standard specifies the basic types, parameters, technical requirements and test methods of butterfly valves for transformers (hereinafter referred to as butterfly valves). This standard applies to butterfly valves installed in oil-immersed transformers. Products for other media can also be used as a reference. Reference standards GB1184 GB2556 GB2828 Shape and position tolerances Provisions for tolerances not specified General purpose pipe flange sealing surface shape and size Batch inspection Count sampling procedures and sampling tables Product labels 8 Product classification 3.1 Butterfly valves are classified into vertical plate type according to structure, cast steel (iron) type and aluminum alloy type according to materials used. According to sealing structure, they are classified into splint type, composite type and bushing type. 3,2Basic parameters are shown in Table 1 Center plane diameter of connecting bolt hole Nominal pressure 4Technical requirements Usage conditions 4.1.1Ambient temperature 4.1.2Working temperature Nominal diameter -30℃~+40℃ -30℃~~+105℃ Recommended size Transition size Connecting bolt specifications M12×4 M20×4 M16×8 M16×8 M20×8 M20×8 The contact surface between valve body and sealing ring should be smooth and flat. No defects such as cracks, pores, looseness and insufficient casting are allowed. 4.2 The sealing surface shape and size of the butterfly valve shall comply with the provisions of GB2556. 4.3 The inlet and outlet sealing end faces of the butterfly valve shall be parallel to each other. The parallelism tolerance grade shall be grade 12 in Appendix 1 of GB1184. Two-end connection method 4.4 JB/T5345-1991 approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 28, 1991 Implementation on July 01, 1992 JB/T53451991 The coaxiality of the flange relative to the bolt hole shall not exceed 1/2 of the gap between the bolt and the bolt hole. The position of the connecting flange bolt shall not exceed 1/4 of the gap between the bolt and the bolt hole. 4.5 The sealing performance between the valve stem and the valve body shall be reliable. The valve stem shall rotate flexibly without any jamming. The maximum rotation torque shall meet the requirements of Table 2. The media valve shall have limiting measures to ensure tight closure. Table 2 Nominal diameter Maximum transfer torque When the valve plate is in the closed position, the sealing gasket shall be compressed evenly. 100 The media valve shall be able to withstand an air pressure of 0.5MPa for 30s, and there shall be no leakage when pressurized on both sides. 125 For vacuum media valves, they shall be able to withstand vacuum strength tests, and the leakage rate within 10min shall be less than 1.33Pa·L/s. 150 The entire butterfly valve shall withstand 120℃ transformer oil. High temperature aging test for 168h. After the test, the media valve shall still meet the sealing performance requirements and shall withstand 1000 mechanical rotation tests. After the test, the sealing performance requirements are still met. 4.10 5 Test items 5.1 Factory test items 5.1.1 Opening and closing test 5.1,2 Sealing test 5.2 Type test items 5.2.1 Rotation torque test 5.2.2 Vacuum test (applicable to vacuum butterfly net)5,2.8 High temperature aging test 5,2.4 Mechanical rotation life test 5.2.5 All factory tests 6 Test method 8.1 Rotation torque test, surround the butterfly valve, and then use a torque wrench to test the rotation torque of the butterfly valve. 6,2 Sealing test, clamp the butterfly valve to seal, inflate the butterfly valve, and then place it in water. Observe whether there are bubbles in the butterfly valve in the water. If there are no bubbles escaping, it means that the butterfly valve has no leakage. 8.8 Vacuum test, fix the butterfly valve on a special container, keep it sealed, and then use a vacuum device to evacuate. When the absolute pressure reaches 133Ps, close the vacuum valve and keep it for 10 minutes. Observe and record the changes in the vacuum strength meter. Calculate the leakage rate. 6.4 High temperature aging test, this test is carried out in a temperature chamber, open the butterfly valve and immerse it in transformer oil. The temperature of the temperature chamber is 120℃, and after keeping it for 168 hours, take out the butterfly valve. Repeat the sealing test. 6.5 Mechanical rotation life test, this test is carried out on special equipment, and can also be operated manually. The butterfly valve is opened and closed 1000 times, and it must be rotated 90° each time. 7 Inspection rules 7, 1 Each product should be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to the items specified in this standard, and a product certificate should be attached. 7.2 If one of the following conditions occurs, a type test should be carried out. a, new product trial production, JB/T53451991 Structure, process, material have major changes; infrequent production or suspension of production for more than one year, After continuous production for 3 years. JB/T5345-1991 Type test sampling method is in accordance with GB2828, using a normal sampling plan, the general inspection level is II. The qualified quality level is 2.5. The batch of each specification is not less than 20 units 8 Marking and packaging Butterfly valves should have obvious opening and closing marks Butterfly valves must be fixed with signs in obvious positions, and their sizes are in accordance with the provisions of JB8. The signs are marked with the following content: a. Product name: Product model: Trademark, Manufacturer name, Factory date. When packaging, the butterfly valve should be closed. The packaging should be moisture-proof and corrosion-proof, and the product name should be indicated.
