National Standard of the People's Republic of China Safe technical requirements for agricultural machinery operatingRotary tiller 1 Subject content and scope of application GB 16151.7—1996 This standard specifies the technical requirements for the safety of the complete rotary tiller and its suspension, rotary tiller blade, blade shaft, transmission and auxiliary devices. This standard applies to the technical inspection of the safety of the operation of rotary tillers. 2 Complete machine 2.1 The signs, numbers and marks are complete and the handwriting is clear. 2.2 The appearance is neat and tidy, without serious rust and oil leakage. 2.3 The parts are free of defects and cracks and are installed correctly. The connection is firm, and the relative moving parts are flexible and not loose. 2.4 Each adjustment part is reliable and effective, without defects such as jamming and difficulty in locking. 2.5 The working parts of the rotary tiller shall be equipped with protective covers on the top, front and rear. The safe distance from the working parts' movement trajectory to the protective covers shall be at least 150mm at the front and rear, and the rear protective cover shall be adjustable. 2.6 The transmission shaft and universal joint shall have firm and reliable protective covers over their entire length. 2.7 Other exposed rotating parts in the transmission system of the rotary tiller shall be equipped with reliable and effective protective covers. 3 Suspension frame 3.1 The suspension frame shall be installed correctly and all fasteners shall be tightened reliably. 3.2 The support rod of the rotary tiller shall not be bent and shall not have serious shaking. 4 Rotary tiller blade and blade shaft 4.1 The blade shaft shall not have visible deformation, and there shall be no gap that can be clearly felt by hand in both radial and axial directions. 4.2 The number, type and installation position of the rotary tiller blade shall meet the requirements of the operation regulations, there shall be no serious wear, the blade thickness shall not exceed 1.5mm, the blade curve transition shall be smooth, and there shall be no more than two gaps with a depth of more than 2mm on each blade. 4.3 There is no desoldering phenomenon at the welding joint between the knife seat and the knife shaft, the bolts are tightened, and there are anti-loosening measures. 4.4 The difference between the maximum turning radius and the minimum turning radius of the knife roller is not more than 20mm4.5 There should be no jamming and rubbing when turning the knife shaft by hand; when the rotary tiller is running, there should be no abnormal sound from each part. 5 Transmission parts 5.1 The universal joint is installed correctly, and lubricating grease is added as required, and each lock pin is fixed reliably. 5.2 The inner and outer transmission shafts should be able to ensure that the rotary tiller is not stuck when it is in the highest position, and the joint length in the working state is not less than 150mm.
