1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of YW series sparkless three-phase asynchronous motors. And requirements for marking and packaging. This standard applies to the sparkless three-phase asynchronous motors of the 80~315YW series with frame sizes (hereinafter referred to as motors). All series of motors derived from this series of motors can also be implemented as a reference. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with the provisions of GB3836.8 and is made into a sparkless type. The explosion-proof mark is nIT3. 3.1 The protection level of the main housing of the motor is IP54 or IP55, and the junction box is IP55 (see GB4942.1). 3.2 The cooling method of the motor is IC0141 (see GB1993). 3.3 The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB3, IMB5, IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMB35, IMV1, IMV3, IMV5IMV6, IMV15 and IMV36 (see GB997), and are manufactured in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. 3.4 The motor rating is a continuous rating based on the continuous duty system (S1). 3.5 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 220, 380, 660, 220/380, 380/660V. Technical requirements
Flatness tolerance
The motor shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2
The motor shall be able to operate at rated values ​​under the following altitudes, ambient air temperatures and ambient air relative humidity conditions. Altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but shall not exceed 40℃.
If the motor is specified to be used at an altitude exceeding 1000m or the maximum ambient air temperature is higher or lower than 40℃, the provisions of GB755 shall be followed. The minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃.
The average maximum relative humidity of the most significant month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25℃. The deviation of the power supply voltage and frequency from the rated value during the operation of the motor shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB755. When the voltage and frequency are rated, the guaranteed values ​​of its efficiency and power factor shall comply with the provisions of Table 13.
