This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of glass open mixing vessels. 3. Type, basic parameters and main dimensions
3.1 Type and basic parameters
Note 1): According to the standard of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, the glass open stirring container is called the glass K-type reaction tank. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on September 15, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993

3.1.1 Type and basic parameters are shown in Figure 1, Table 1 and Table 2. The size and orientation of the nozzle are shown in Figure 2 and Table 3.3.1.2 Open batch mixing containers are in accordance with HG2036. The same nominal volume is divided into two nominal diameters: L series and S series (L series is slender, S series is short and fat). The selection is based on the conditions of use. 3.1.3: The transmission device of the open mixing container has three types: I type, Wei type and Ban type. It is selected according to HG/T2052. Type I is suitable for VN50L to 5000L, and type II and type II are suitable for VN50L to 4000L. 3.1.4 The open mixing container can be equipped with frame type, impeller type and paddle type agitators according to needs. 3.1.5 For open mixing vessels, the thermometer sleeves without or with temperature measuring heads (HG/T20.58.1) or finned thermometer sleeves without or with temperature measuring heads (HG/T2058.2) shall be selected according to different types of agitators. However, when the nominal diameter DN of the vessel is less than or equal to 500mm, the finned thermometer sleeves shall not be selected. For the configuration of mixing vessels and thermometer sleeves, see 3.3.1.6 For open mixing vessels, according to the use requirements, DN≤1100mm can be equipped with sugar glass cover hand holes (HG/T2145.1), sugar glass quick opening hand holes (HG/T2145.2), pond glass hand holes with sight glasses (HG/T2145.3) and pond glass quick opening hand holes with sight glasses (HG/T2145.4). DN1200mm can be equipped with glass manhole with sight glass (HG/T2055.2) and pond glass manhole with sight glass and balancer (HG/T2055.4).
3.1.7 There are two installation types for the transmission device of open mixing container, namely type A support as shown in Figure 4 and type B support as shown in Figure 5. Type A support is suitable for VN50L to 5000L. Type B support is applicable to VN1000L to 5000L. The main dimensions are shown in Table 6.3.1.8 The installation support of the open mixing vessel can be a hanging support (JB1165) or a supporting support (JB1166), but the supporting support is only applicable to VN1000L to 5000L.
3.1.9 The sealing device of the stirring shaft of the open mixing vessel shall be selected according to HG/T2048.1, HG/T2048.2 or HG/T2057, but the stuffing box seal is only applicable to PN below 0.25MPa, and when the medium temperature is greater than 100 pm, a water jacketed glass must be used. Stuffing box (HG/T2048.2),
3.1.10 The discharge port of the open mixing container can be equipped with a glass-covered upward discharge valve (HG5-15) or a downward discharge valve (HG5-16), but the working pressure of the container shall not be greater than 0.6MPa, and the medium temperature is 0C to 150C: when the nominal pressure in the container is greater than 0.6MPa, other corrosion-resistant valves shall be temporarily used for the material valve. 3.1.11 The open mixing container shall use fastening clips according to the nominal pressure. The number and specifications of the clips are shown in Table 5.3.1.12 The size of the thermometer sleeve equipped with the open mixing container shall be selected according to HG/T2058. 3.2 The main dimensions of open mixing vessels are shown in Figure 1 and Table 4. m
