The classification of unqualified products for each inspection item shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4 Inspection method 6.4.1 Factory inspection method 6.4.1.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The inspection level and qualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of this standard. 6.4.1.2 Sample extraction The samples for batch inspection shall be randomly extracted from the inspection batches sent for inspection. 6.4.1.3 Determination of the quality of a single product Inspection items Appearance quality of electroplating layer Thickness of chrome plating layer Hardness of electroplating layer Bonding strength of electroplating layer Center distance between two screw holes 23mm Distance between the center line of two screw holes and surface A Accuracy of two screw holes Main surface roughness after electroplating Corrosion resistance of electroplating layer||t t||Main surface flatness Inspection classification Article number Factory inspection Factory type technical requirements Test method Inspection level V Qualified quality Quality level Unqualified Type inspection Discrimination level Unqualified Quality level The quality of a single product shall be determined according to the grouping provisions of Table 2. If one or more Class B items are found to be unqualified, the product shall be judged to be unqualified. Class C items shall not be judged in a single product, but shall be calculated according to the total number of unqualified items accumulated in all samples and judged in the product batch quality. Class B items in Groups 1 and 2 shall be counted according to the number of unqualified products, and Class C items in Group 3 shall be counted according to the number of unqualified items. 6.4.1.4 Determination of product batch quality QB/T 1578—1992 After all samples are inspected, the batch size and batch quality determination group specified in Table 2 shall be used for determination. If the number of unqualified products in each group in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified determination number A., the batch of products shall be deemed qualified; if the number of unqualified products in any group is greater than or equal to the unqualified determination number R., the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. Regular inspections shall be conducted according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB/T 2829. The discrimination level and the unqualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4.2.2 Sample extraction The samples for inspection shall be extracted from the qualified batches or several batches of batches inspected one by one. The sample size shall be specified in Table 3. 6.4.2.3 Determination of the quality of a single product It shall be conducted according to the method specified in Article 6.4.1.3 of this standard. 6.4.2.4 Determination of product type inspection After the unit product quality is determined, the inspection shall be conducted according to the inspection sample size and determination group specified in Table 3. If the number of unqualified products in each group of the sample inspection results is less than or equal to the qualified determination number A., the type inspection is qualified; if the number of unqualified products in any group is greater than or equal to the unqualified determination number R., the type inspection is judged to be unqualified. 6.5 The inspection batch judged as unqualified shall be fully inspected by the manufacturer, and after removing the unqualified products, the batch shall be reassembled for inspection. When submitting for re-inspection, the re-inspection record shall be attached. If the re-inspected batch is still judged as unqualified, the batch of products shall not be accepted again. 6.6 In the inspection batch judged as qualified, the unqualified products found in the inspection shall be repaired to qualified products, or replaced with similar qualified products. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The outer packaging shall be marked with: a. Product model, name, quantity; b. Supply number, article number; c. Box size; d. Net weight, gross weight: e. Manufacturer name, date of manufacture. 7.2 The storage and transportation graphic signs shall comply with the provisions of GB191. One box, apply 101 anti-rust oil and seal the box, 7.3 When packaging the product, overlap the front of each two pieces, separate them with 17g/m2 white copy paper, pack 50 pieces in a box and affix the certificate mark, then pack in a double corrugated carton, 10 boxes per box, and tie it in the middle of the length direction with a packing tape after sealing. 275 QB/T1578-—1992 7.4 The product should be kept clean and dry during loading, unloading and transportation, and must not be thrown, exposed to rain, or shipped together with corrosive items. 7.5 The product must be stored in a dry, ventilated room that is protected from rain and snow. The relative humidity should not exceed 80%. It is forbidden to store it together with corrosive items. Product quality should be guaranteed within six months of normal storage. 7.6 Additional instructions: This standard was proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the Ministry of Light Industry.
