3 Product classification
3. 1 Shape
Aluminum substrates are divided into plates and strips according to their shapes

4.4 Surface quality
4.4.1 The surface roughness is measured by the arithmetic mean deviation Ra of the transverse wheel hemp, and its value is not greater than 0.34m.4.4.2 The rolled surface should be well processed, and no defects such as cracks, corrosion, pores, folds, and serious scratches that affect use are allowed
5 Test method
5.1 Chemical composition
The arbitration analysis method shall be carried out in accordance with GB.6987. No less than 1 sample shall be taken each time.5.2 Dimensions
Measured with instruments or measuring tools that can ensure accuracy. The thickness is measured at a distance of not less than 10 m from the edge, and each item is sampled at least 1 time.

The test method is in accordance with GB 228. Each time, no less than 2 samples are sampled, and the average value is taken as the result. 5.4 Surface quality
5.4.1 The transverse surface roughness is measured by a roughness measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.01 m. Five points are marked on each sample surface, and the average value is taken as the result. Each time, no less than 1 sample is sampled.

6. 1 Inspection
The plates and strips shall be inspected by the supplier’s technical inspection department and the quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 6.2 Inspection items and sampling

6.3 Determination of inspection results

For any unqualified index in the test results, double sampling shall be taken from the original inspection batch number, and the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified. If one item or one index is still unqualified in the re-inspection, the product shall be judged to be unqualified. 6.4 Quality Assurance
For products that have been qualified by the supplier and accepted by the purchaser, the purchaser may re-inspect any item according to this standard. If any qualified item is detected in the re-inspection, the batch products containing unqualified items shall be returned or exchanged after confirmation by the supplier. In case of quality disputes, the national quality supervision unit shall conduct arbitration according to the provisions of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The marking of the packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB·3199. 7. 1.2
On the accepted stacks and rolls, the following marks shall be marked: inspection stamp of the supplier’s technical supervision department;

7.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
The plates are not coated with anti-rust oil, and the plates are not packed with paper. The strips are packed firmly and moisture-proof. The specific packaging method shall be formulated by the supplier. Other requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB3199. Each batch of plates and strips shall have a quality certificate that meets the requirements of this standard, which shall indicate: Supplier name:
