This standard is consistent with the technical content of 2BJ4208—87, and is only re-edited according to relevant regulations. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard replaces ZB142008—97 from the date of implementation. This standard is issued and exported by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Measuring Instruments and Gauges. The drafting unit of this standard is Chengdu Danyi Tools and Blades. The drafters of this standard are Lu Xiang and Lu Xiang. This standard was first issued in 193. Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Magnetic Table Base Magneilciand This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of magnetic gauges. This standard is applicable to the adjustment of magnetic gauges (hereinafter referred to as the table base). This standard adopts the following definitions. 2.1 Magnetic Table Base It is used to support indicating gauges and other instruments that are fixed in position by magnetic force. 2.2 Micro-magnetic base Magnetic base with micro-disk function, 3.3 Working magnetic force The minimum magnetic force that must be reached on the working surface of the base after the magnetic circuit is connected. 2.4 Residual magnetic force The maximum magnetic force allowed on the working surface of the base after the magnetic circuit is cut off. 3 Type and size 3.1 The type of the meter seat is shown in Figures 1 and 2 (the figure is for illustration only and does not represent the detailed structure). Approved by the State Administration of Machinery Industry on May 20, 1999 8 T10010-1999 Replaced ZBJ42008-87 Implemented on January 1, 2000 3.2 The specifications and dimensions of the meter seat are shown in Table 1. 4 Technical requirements 18 Jin 10010-1999 Figure 2 Fine-tuning basic meter library Hong Kong reading mechanism Happy solid frequency grid V-shaped. Working surface angle ||tt ||120°,135°,150 Aperture of support 8-8,6H8 4.1 The working surface of the seat shall not have any appearance defects that affect its use. The width of the non-working surface shall be evenly painted. There shall be no defects such as paint peeling and rust. The rotating type shall be flexible, the lock shall be available, and the mobility shall be flexible.4.2 4.3 The excitation of the fine-tuning mechanism of the fine-tuning magnetic seat shall not be less than 2mm: 4.41-W The working magnetic force P of the guide seat and the residual magnetic force P are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Seat specifications Working force Residual force When the seat is in the position shown in Figure 3, at the variable hole of the enterprise, a force is applied along its axis. The deformation step is shown in Table 3. The flatness tolerance of each working surface of the 4.6-rate body is 0.03mm, and only concave is allowed. It is not allowed within 1m of the edge of the .1 working surface. Table seat specification Deformation mark JB/T10010-1999 The surface roughness R value of each T working surface of the seat body is 1.6ume. The material of the table seat is shown in Table 4. Al working magnetic force and residual force AL.I inspection ruler a) Tube dynamometer: b) Casting decision: The adsorbed surface is flat, and its surface roughness R value is 1.50 IV:) Low carbon steel sample carbon content is not more than 0.20% The adsorbed surface is flat, and its surface roughness R value is 1.60um; measure the output value of Table 2. 41.2 Inspection method Working magnetic force: As shown in Figure A! As shown, fix the iron block, put the seat body on the rotating notch and connect the magnetic circuit, and use a tubular dynamometer to measure (when the tubular force reaches the P value shown in Table 2, the seat body should not be separated from the iron block. Residual magnetic force: As shown in Figure A2, put the seat body on the low-carbon steel sample block: through the avoidance, suck up the sample block, and then disconnect the magnetic circuit, the wrong fast should fall off naturally. A2 Deformation of the table seat AZ.1 Inspection tool a) 2-level plate; b) Lever f sub-meter: e) Measuring technique; d) Code (mass disk is 100g); J B10010—1999 c) Test block (8h7, length 20mm: 6h, length 20mm. 42.2 Test method As shown in Figure A3, the meter to be tested is placed on the flat plate F:, the magnet is turned on, the locking rod is extended to a height of H, the length is L and tightened (H, L value is according to Table 1:). Then use the lever micrometer to measure the contact number with the gun block in the meter hole. After adding a base code under the test block, the difference between the two readings is calculated by dividing the upper reading with the lever. The above test is repeated three times, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the deformation standard of the meter seat.
