5 Inspection method
QB/T2145—1995
5.1 The circular runout of the shuttle bed body axis to the inner wall of the hole is measured by the special measuring tool shown in Figure 3 in the following way. Install the shuttle bed body to be measured on the special mouse tool so that the shuttle bed body plane is in close contact with the measuring tool plane. Make the dial indicator on the special measuring tool contact the inner wall of the shuttle bed body hole and calibrate it to zero. The test position is from the center line of one calibration bed cover screw hole to the center line of the other shuttle bed cover screw hole. .
Rotate the special measuring tool turntable in the same direction, and the percentage value difference is the measured value. Figure 3
5.24.6mm height is measured by the special measuring tool shown in Figure 4 in the following method. , Use the standard block to calibrate the special measuring tool to zero. -riikAoNiKAca
b. Take the shuttle bed mating plane as the reference, from the center line of one ridge bed cover screw hole to the center line of the other shuttle bed cover screw hole as the effective measurement distance, rotate in the same direction, and measure all points on the bottom plane. The percentage value difference is the measured value. Figure 4
5.3 The inner diameter of the shuttle shuttle mating is measured with a special plug gauge QB/T2145-1995
5.4 The distance between the shuttle bed ring plane and the shuttle bed foot plane is measured by the special measuring tool shown in Figure 5 in the following method. ?
a. Use the standard block to calibrate the dial indicator on the special measuring tool to zero. b. Take the shuttle bed ring plane as the reference, measure any point on the shuttle bed foot plane before and after the two holes of Φ5.5, and the percentage difference is the measured value.
5.5 The inner diameter of the shuttle bed foot is measured with a special plug gauge. 5.6 The inner diameter of the shuttle bed diagram of the front-opening shuttle bed body is measured with a special plug gauge. 5.7 The distance between the two mounting holes is measured with a special measuring tool. 5.8 The distance between the two shuttle bed pin holes is measured with a special measuring tool. 5.9 The surface roughness of the inner wall of the Φ42.6 hole and the bottom plane of the shuttle rack is tested at a distance of 300mm under the illumination of 600±2001x, and is determined by visual inspection and comparison with the corresponding surface roughness plate. 5.10 The surface roughness of the shuttle bed ring matching plane is tested at a distance of .300mm under the illumination of 600±2001x, and is determined by self-test and comparison with the corresponding surface roughness plate.
5.11 The surface roughness of the bottom plane A is determined by visual inspection and comparison with the corresponding surface roughness board under the illumination of 600±200lx, and the inspection distance is 300mm.
The thread-passing parts such as the shuttle handle groove should be smooth, without defects such as notches and sharp edges, and are determined by visual inspection and comparison with the standard sample. 5.13 The inner circle and plane of $42.6mm are not allowed to have defects such as sand holes, and are determined by self-test. 5.14 Electroplated parts shall be inspected according to Article 7.1 of QB/T1572, and painted parts shall be inspected according to Article 4.1 of ZBY17022. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products leaving the factory must pass the quality inspection of the manufacturer and be accompanied by an inspection certificate. 6.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into two categories: factory inspection (delivery inspection) and type inspection (routine inspection). 6.2.1 Factory inspection
When the product is delivered, the consignee has the right to inspect and accept it according to the factory inspection items specified in this standard. 6.2.2 Type inspection
If there is one of the following situations, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive assessment of product quality and a type inspection should be carried out. a. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; 362
QB/T 2145--1995
b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. Periodic inspection should be carried out once every 6 months of normal production; d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f. When the superior quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.3 Product quality characteristics and inspection classification
