Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Pesticide Emulsifier Subject Content and Scope of Application HG/T 2466--93 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for pesticide emulsifiers composed of surfactants and appropriate solvents. This standard applies to various types of special mixed emulsifiers used in the processing of pesticide emulsifiable concentrates. 2 Reference Standards GB3776.3 Determination Method for Emulsification Performance of Pesticide Emulsifiers GB/T6368 Determination of pH Value of Surfactant Water Solvent Potentiometric Method GB/T7380 Determination of Water Content of Surfactant Karl Fischer Method 3 Technical Requirements Various pesticide emulsifiers should meet the technical requirements in the following table. Item Appearance (20℃) Water content\, % pH value (1% aqueous solution) Emulsification stability after preparing pesticide emulsifiable concentrate Appearance of emulsifiable concentrate Dilution multiple Emulsion stability Light yellow or reddish brown viscous liquid Transparent liquid Stand still for 1 hour at the specified multiple , no floating oil on the top, no precipitation below Note: 1) When preparing pesticide emulsifiable concentrate with pesticide emulsifier, there are 4 water indexes of emulsifier ≤0.3%; ≤0.4%; ≤0.5%; ≤1.5%. Each index corresponds to the type of pesticide emulsifiable concentrate to be prepared. For the same type of pesticide emulsifier, multiple pesticide emulsifiable concentrates can be prepared, and its water index should be based on the lowest water content. For pesticide emulsifiers, see Appendix B (reference). 4 Test methods 4.1 Appearance determination: visual inspection at 20°C. 4.2 Determination of water content: in accordance with the provisions of GB7380. 4.3 Determination of pH: in accordance with the provisions of GB6368. 4.4 Determination of emulsification performance: in accordance with the provisions of GB3776.3. A certain emulsifier is used to prepare a specified pesticide emulsifiable concentrate, and the stability of its emulsion is determined. The specified test conditions are shown in Appendix A (supplement). 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Pesticide emulsifiers should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all products shipped meet the requirements of this standard approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 5, 1993 and implemented on January 1, 1994 HG/T2466-93 . Each batch of pesticide emulsifiers shipped should be accompanied by a quality certificate. 5.2 The pesticide emulsifier is a batch based on the uniform finished product mixing tank capacity, and samples of each batch should be kept for reference. 5.3 Sampling method: Sampling is based on 5% of the total number of barrels of pesticide emulsifier. The minimum number shall not be less than 3 barrels. Use a clean and dry glass tube to take out a representative sample of no less than 100g from each barrel and put it into a clean, dry, stoppered sample bottle. The bottle is labeled and marked with: manufacturer name, product name, model, batch number, sampling date. 5.4 Users can conduct inspections according to this standard within one week after receiving this product. If one indicator in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the sample should be doubled and re-sampled. The results of the re-inspection, even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.5 When the supply and demand parties have a dispute over the quality of this product, the two parties can negotiate to resolve it or select an arbitration agency to conduct arbitration inspections according to the methods specified in this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking Each barrel of packaged products should have a clear and firm mark. The content includes: manufacturer name, trademark, product name, model, batch number, net weight, production date, this standard number and quality certification mark. 6.2 Packaging Pesticide emulsifiers are packaged in clean, dry, sealed, leak-proof galvanized iron barrels. The net weight of each barrel is 100kg or 200kg. 6.3 Transportation During transportation, it must be protected from moisture, rain, exposure and collision. 6.4 Storage During storage, it must be protected from sunlight, rain and fire. The pesticide emulsifier has a warranty period of 1 year from the date of delivery. 236 Pesticide emulsion Name and content of pesticide 80% Dichlorvos 50% Methyl parathion 40% Dimethoate 40% Omethoate 50% Phoxim 40% Phosphate 50% Malathion 40% Monocrotophos 50% Parathion 40% Acephate 50% Fenitrothion 20% Pyridazinphos 40% Carbofuran 40% Isothiocarb 50% Quinalphos 50% Isothiocyanate 40% Isothiocyanate 20% Cypermethrin 2.5% Deltamethrin 5% Cypermethrin 20% Isoprocarb 20% Fenbutylcarb 20% Amitraz 60% Butachlor 50% Cypermethrin 72% 2,4D Butyl Ester Amount of Emulsifier % (m/m) HG/T2466--93 Appendix A EMulsion formula and emulsion stability observation conditions (supplement) Emulsion stability test conditions Solvent added to 100%(m/m) Xylene Xylene Xylene Xylene Xylene Ethylene chloride or xylene Trimethylbenzene Toluene acetone or methanol Xylene m g/L(CaCO,) Dilution multiple Basket temperature (℃) and time (h) Name and content of pesticide 48% Trifluralin 20% Trifluralin 25% DiDi 50% Toxaphene 50% Herbicide Amount of emulsifier %(m/m) Applicable EC name Dichlorvos Methyl parathion Omethoate HG/T 2466-93 Continued Table A1 Solvent supplement to 100%(m/m) Trimethylbenzene Xylene Appendix B Emulsion stability test conditions mg/L(CaCO,) Pesticide emulsifiable concentrate suitable for pesticide emulsifier (reference) Emulsifier example 0203 (Xi'an Petrochemical Plant) 0203B (Chemical Plant No. 2 of Jinling Petrochemical Company)1103 (Lushun Chemical Plant) SR656HV (Shashi Petrochemical Plant) QNR—03 (Qingdao Petrochemical Plant) 656H (Shashi Petrochemical Plant)bzxz.net (Zhejiang Ruian Chemical Plant) (Zhuzhou Caustic Soda Plant) 0206B (Jinling Petrochemical Company Chemical Plant No. 2)1109 (Lvshun Chemical Plant) SR650 (Shashi Petrochemical Plant No. 2) 0204B (Jinling Petrochemical Company Chemical Plant No. 2)0204C (Jinling Petrochemical Company Chemical Plant No. 2)0204 (Xi'an Petrochemical Plant) SR 656H (Shashi Petrochemical Plant) 0203B (Chemical Plant No. 2 of Jinling Petrochemical Company)1119 (Lushun Chemical Plant) SR656H (Shashi Petrochemical Plant) 0265 (Hangzhou Wanli Chemical Plant) Dilution multiple Standing temperature (℃) and time (h) Emulsifier moisture index %(m/m) Applicable emulsifiable concentrate name Phoxim Methylamidophos Malathion Monocrotophos Parathion.
