6.1.1 The appearance and air tightness of the rubber shall be inspected piece by piece. 6.1.2 The physical properties of the capsule and its rubber compound shall be inspected for sampling. 6.1.2.1 The rubber compound shall be batched with the production volume of the same shift and the same machine. One sample shall be taken from each batch. The inspection items shall be silicon content, tensile strength, elongation at break, tensile fatigue, low temperature brittleness, hot air aging, compression permanent deformation, and liquid resistance (either No. 1 standard oil or No. N10 water-in-oil)
6.1.2.2 The tear strength of the rubber compound and the bonding strength between rubber and No. 45 steel shall be inspected at least once every six months. 61.2.3 If one physical property does not meet the requirements of Table 2, it is allowed to take double samples to re-test the unqualified items. If it still fails, the rubber compound of the batch or period is unqualified, and the capsules produced with this rubber compound should also be unqualified. 6. 1.2.4 Capsules are made of the same rubber compound, manufactured in the same period and delivered at one time as a batch. Take one sample from each batch to test its hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and liquid resistance (either No. 1 standard oil or No. N10 water-based oil). If one of the items does not meet the requirements of Table 3, it is allowed to re-test once. If it still fails, the batch of capsules is unqualified. 6.1.3 The size and male stem (M, 5, Lo, L, etc.) of the capsules are inspected. The same specification products are considered as a batch. Three products are inspected in the batch. If one size or tolerance fails, the product is unqualified. If two products fail, the batch of capsules is unqualified. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 All technical requirements specified in this standard shall be inspected. 6.2.2 The durability inspection cycle shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
Marking, packaging, transportation, shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5721. 7.1
7.2 Each capsule shall be individually packaged and packed into a suitable packaging box according to the specifications. 7.3 The threaded part of the capsule shall be properly protected. 7.4 Storage shall comply with GB5722.
7.5 During the packaging, transportation and storage of the capsule, a certain amount of nitrogen (to ensure that the capsule is bulging) shall be filled. 7.6 Under the above conditions, the storage period of the capsule is two years. 5
