This standard specifies the basic requirements of e-commerce models and the specific requirements of major models such as B2C (I)—online shopping malls, B2C (II) online stores, B2B (T)—online trading markets, B2B (II)—online transactions, and C2C—online individual trading markets.

E-commerce operators shall not provide goods or services with quality defects, shall not make false propaganda, shall not breach contracts, and shall not commit infringements. 3.10.3 When consumers, buyers and individuals have disputes with e-commerce operators over goods and services, e-commerce operators shall bear the burden of proof that their business operations are legal. Consumers, buyers and individuals need to prove the existence of damage. The settlement of disputes shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
