High purity hydrogen, hydrogen, high purity nitrogen, pure nitrogen, industrial gaseous nitrogen, and hydrogen for heat treatment shall be inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the quality of the products leaving the factory meets the requirements of this standard and issue its certificate of conformity. The content of the certificate includes: a.
Product name and quality grade;
Manufacturer name;
Production license;
Production date or production batch number;
Implementation standard number;
Cylinder number;
JB/T753094
Quantity (m\), pressure (MPa) or mass (kg). 6.3 The user shall first check the product certificate. If necessary, it may be inspected and accepted according to the inspection methods and acceptance rules specified in this standard. Its technical indicators shall meet the technical requirements of this standard. 6.4 When all the inspection results meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch shall be accepted. 6.5 When any indicator of the inspected sample does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be taken from the same batch of products for re-inspection. If any item still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch shall be rejected. Products inspected bottle by bottle (container) cannot be re-sampled and inspected. 6.6 When users and manufacturers have objections to product quality, both parties shall jointly inspect, accept and resolve through negotiation, or apply for arbitration. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of gas cylinders and containers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Gas Cylinder Safety Supervision Regulations", "Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations" and "Dangerous Goods Transportation Rules" promulgated by the former State Bureau of Labor. 7.2 The packaging markings shall comply with the provisions of GB190, 7.3 The color markings of gas cylinders shall comply with the provisions of GB7144. Gas cylinders containing hydrogen should be painted silver-gray and marked with dark green "high-purity hydrogen" and "hydrogen"; containers containing nitrogen should be painted black and marked with light yellow "high-purity nitrogen", "pure nitrogen", "general nitrogen" (or industrial nitrogen) words; gas cylinders containing hydrogen should be painted light green and marked with bright red "oxygen". 7.4 Gas cylinders for bottled hydrogen, hydrogen and hydrogen should be made of seamless steel cylinders, and the cylinders and maximum allowable pressures shall comply with the provisions of GB5099. 7.5 The pressure of bottled oxygen and chlorine should be 14 ± 0.7MPa at 20C. The pressure of bottled oxygen should be 12.3 ± 0.5MPa at 20C. The accuracy of the pressure gauge used for measurement should not be lower than Class 2.5. 7.6 Before leaving the factory, bottled gases should be checked for leakage at the bottle mouth, bottle valve threaded connection and bottle valve rod, and the bottle cap should be installed. 7.7 When the empty bottles are returned to the manufacturer after use, the residual pressure in the hydrogen and hydrogen cylinders shall not be lower than 0.2MPa, and the residual pressure in the nitrogen cylinder shall not be lower than 0.5MPa.
7.8 Safety should be paid attention to during the use, packaging, transportation and storage of hydrogen, and the provisions of GB4962 and GB7445 should be complied with. Additional remarks:
