This standard is initiated by the Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, Shanghai Hydraulic Accessories Factory, Changchun Automobile Research Institute, and Shanghai Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research Institute. The main initiators of this standard are Hu Caozhu, Li Xingning, and Zhang Qianlong. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original ministry standard JB1928-7 (Flared end tee pipe joint body) will be invalidated.
