This standard specifies the production requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic logistics turnover boxes (hereinafter referred to as turnover boxes) with good quality. This standard applies to the turnover boxes made of polyolefin plastics as raw materials and produced by injection molding. Normative Reference Documents

3.1 Classification

The turnover box can be demoulded for 241. The test product can be received and placed at room temperature for 5 hours before the next test can be carried out. 5.2 Deviation

Specification size inspection adopts a general measuring instrument with an accuracy of 1mm. The length and width are measured at the box body. The length and width of the test product are the maximum values of the two connecting lines of the four corners of its shape (see Figure 1). When calculating the length of the test product at the end, the values of the two end recesses should be added: the height should be measured at the rounded corners, and the maximum value of the four values should be taken. 5.3 Quality deviation
Use a general weighing instrument with an accuracy of 5 to weigh. , the percentage of the image and the rated value is low. 5.4 Appearance

5.5.1 Fitting
Place one test sample on the ground and the other test sample on the front. After the fitting parts are aligned, check whether the two test samples can be normally assembled. Place 3 test products and check their resistance. 5.5.2 Anti-slip.
Stack the test samples on the ground with a height of not less than 2", and lift the short edge of the box to make the bottom of the box at a 5° angle to the ground, especially the side of the box.
5.6 Lateral deformation rate
Measure with a smooth surface of 0.05mm. The measurement method is shown in Figure 2. Determine the maximum deformation point on the tested surface of the test product.Make the square of the square ruler parallel to the box plane, and then make the upper ruler vertical to the measured surface. The distance from the lower end of the true ruler to the point is the measured side deformation. The length of the ruler is selected to be consistent with the straight line length of the measured surface. A long hardwood test sample with a width and height of 90mm is placed in the middle of the length direction. The distance between the two ends of the test sample is 50m. It is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB14857.1.6. The load is 0.9kN. After the test, check whether the top cover of the test sample has obvious deformation, cracks, breakage and other damage. 5.8 Vibration test
Install sandbags or actual contents with the load-bearing mass specified in the product manual, place the test sample on the vibration table, and calculate the number of layers using the nominal stacking value or the number of layers according to the commercial height of not less than 2m. Perform the vibration test in accordance with (B/4857.7 or 5.6.4 Method B). The vibration lasts for 60min. After the test, check whether the test sample has light cracks, breakage and other functional damage.
5.9 Joint drop performance test
According to the specification of CB4857.5 drop test method. Take 3 test samples for each test. 5.9.1 Normal temperature drop performance test.
Under warm conditions, install the sandbags according to the load area of the test sample, drop the sample to a height of 8c0mU, and drop the test sample to the bottom 4

5.9.2 Low-fall drop performance test,
The test sample is slightly weighted inside, placed in a box and treated at -18℃±2 for 24 hours, the drop height is 1.8m, and the long edge, short edge and their corners of the bottom of the test sample are dropped respectively, and each part is dropped once. The drop test should be completed within 10mm. The test is to check whether the test sample has obvious deformation, cracks, breakage and other functional damage. 5.10 Joint performance test

At most 3 test samples, at room temperature, use a hook to hang the lower end of the test sample, so that the angle between the two ends is 60" ± 3°, and the test sample is evenly hooked with counterweight according to the rated mass (see Figure 4). Start timing after lifting, and put down the test sample after 10 minutes. Check whether the test sample has functional damage such as cracks and breakage.

6 Inspection and measurement
6.1 Correction batch
Logistics turnover boxes with the same specifications, color, and brand raw materials are set as--, and the maximum batch is 10,000. 6.2 Sampling
Size small deviation quality ratio, external size and side wall deformation according to (2828.1 Table 3-A normal inspection secondary sample plan (market packaging), the stock will be good water 1, A=6.5 specified sample, the rest of the test samples are randomly selected from the batch. 6.3 Inspection classification
6.3.1 Factory inspection
The general inspection items are size deviation, appearance deviation, side deformation rate, fit and temperature drop. 6.3.2 Periodic Inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations: a) When new products or old products are transferred to wider production and production; b) When the structure, process or material changes; c) When the product is over-produced and the second inspection is carried out half a year; d) When the product is out of production for a long time; d) The quality report is average or the customer requests to avoid type inspection; d) There is a significant difference between the inspection result and the second inspection result. Type inspection refers to the test items for all items specified in the requirements and should be selected from the qualified products in the factory inspection. 6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 The sample is qualified.
The test is carried out according to the provisions of 4.1~4.6 and Section 5. If all parts are in compliance, the sample unit is qualified. 6.4.2 Qualified criticism criteria
6.4.2.1 According to the provisions of 6.2, the dimensional deviation, quality deviation, appearance and side wall deformation rate are tested and judged whether the batch of products is qualified. 6.4.2.2 If the two tests are qualified, the matching performance is unqualified and the batch of products is judged to be qualified. The product is unqualified.
6.4.2.3 Physical performance If all tests are qualified, the physical performance is qualified: When the physical performance is tested once, if all the tests of any item meet the requirements, the item is qualified. If there are no unqualified products and the number does not exceed 1, the first test is carried out on the item. If there are no unqualified products, the item is still qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. If one physical performance item is unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Labeling
Generally, the following contents should be marked on the appropriate parts of the product: product specifications and models, product main raw materials, product standards, manufacturer and production date, etc.
The labeling should comply with the provisions of CB/T191. 6
7.2 Packaging
To be determined by both parties.
7.3 Transportation
Avoid dust during transportation and place neatly to prevent damage. 7.4 Storage
