The specification series is shown in Table 1. Table 1 Specification series (length×width) 3.3 Purchased and outsourced parts 2600×1600 2600×2600 3000×1600 3000×2600 The purchased and outsourced parts of the frame stretch dryer must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 3.4 Welded parts, cut parts, painted parts, and assembly3600X1600 3600×2600 The welded parts, cut parts, painted parts and assembly of the frame stretch dryer shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. 3.5 The net should be flat, with no burrs, flashes or cracks on the surface, and the hole spacing should be uniform. 3.6 The net should be flexible in and out of the drying room without any jamming. 3.7 The stretching mechanism of the net should be flexible and without any jamming. Approved by China Light Industry Federation on March 27, 1998 Implemented on December 1, 1998 3.8 Drying room QB/T 2368---1998 3.8.1 The insulation and airtightness of the drying room should be good, and the working temperature should be able to rise from room temperature to 50℃ within 1 hour. 3.8.2 The fan should rotate smoothly without abnormal vibration. 3.8.3 The steam pipeline and radiator should not leak air or water under a pressure of 0.4MPa. 3.9 The electrical system should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1. 3.10 The pneumatic system shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T7932. 3.11 The safety protection device must be sensitive and reliable. 3.12 The sound pressure level of the noise during the operation of the whole machine shall not be greater than 90dB (A). 4 Test method 4.1 Test equipment and instruments a) Thermometer; b) Timer; c) Tape measure; d) Sound level meter. 4.2 3.2 of this standard shall be inspected with a tape measure. 4.3 3.4 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.4 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8.2, 3.8.3, 3.11 of this standard shall be inspected by sensory organs. 4.5 3.8.1 of this standard shall be inspected with a thermometer. 4.6 3.9 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1. 4.7 3.10 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T7932. 4.8 3.12 of this standard shall be inspected with a sound level meter. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Inspection items 5.2.1 Factory inspection items 5.2.1.1 Factory inspection items are 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10 of this standard. 5.2.1.2 Each product shall run at no load for 2 hours during factory inspection. 5.2.2 Type inspection items 5.2.2.1 Type inspection items are all the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard. 5.2.2.2 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) After normal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b) When production is resumed after being shut down for more than one year; c) Trial and identification of new products; d) When the product quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5.3 Batch rules and sampling plan 5.3.1 For type inspection, one unit is randomly selected from the batch that has passed the factory inspection. 5.3.2 For factory inspection, each production batch of products should be inspected unit by unit before leaving the factory. 5.4 Judgment rules and re-inspection rules When a sampled product fails to meet certain requirements, the factors that caused the failure of the item must be eliminated, and if it passes the re-inspection, it will be judged as qualified. 283 6 Signs, labels, and instructions for use 6.1 Signs, labels QB/T2368-1998 6.1.1 Each frame stretch dryer should have a label fixed in a conspicuous position. 6.1.2 The content of the label is as follows: a) Product name and model, b) Product main technical parameters: c) Manufacturer's name: d) Manufacturing date and export number. 6.1.3 Packaging markings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191. 6.2 The drafting and presentation of the instructions for use shall comply with the provisions of GB9969.1. 7 Packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Packaging 7.1.1 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.1.2 The outside of the packaging box should be marked with: a) Product name and model; b) Manufacturer name, export number; c) Gross weight; d) Shipping station and arrival station, shipping and receiving units. 7.1.3 The following random information should be included in the package: a) Product certificate should comply with the regulations of GB/T14436; b) Instruction manual; c) Packing list; d) List of accessories and wearing parts. 7.2 Transportation and storage 7.2.1 Any means of transportation can be used to prevent severe vibration, surface spraying and falling. 7.2.2 The product should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. 284 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
