Reuse Reuse the used packaging materials after certain treatment. 3.3 Recycle Recycle the discarded packaging products and convert the waste into new substances or energy after certain treatment. 3.4 degradable Under certain conditions, the chemical structure and physical and mechanical properties of discarded packaging materials may change significantly, such as molecular weight reduction, physical and mechanical properties decline, or decompose into carbon dioxide and water. 1 NY/T1108—2006 4 Requirements 4.1 General 4.1.1 Liquid fertilizer packaging should have the safety of protecting the environment and life safety: the economy of rationally utilizing resources and reducing energy consumption: and the waste can be treated and reused 4.1.2 The volume and mass of the packaging should be limited to the minimum level, and the packaging should be reduced. 4.1.3 The packaging materials should ensure that the fertilizer is not damaged during normal storage and transportation, and meet the requirements of the corresponding packaging material standards. 4.1.4 When the technical conditions permit and are consistent with the relevant provisions of fertilizers, reusable packaging should be selected; if it cannot be reused, the packaging materials should be recyclable; if it cannot be recycled, the packaging waste should be degradable. 4.1.5 Recyclable and degradable packaging should indicate "recyclable" or "degradable" in the packaging label. 4.1.6 Requirements for plastic products: The packaging materials used should be reusable, recyclable or degradable. Under the premise of protecting the contents intact, try to use materials of a single material. The polystyrene resin or molded products used should meet the requirements of the corresponding national standards. 4.1.7 For reusable or recyclable packaging, the treatment and utilization of its waste shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16716. 4.2 Transport packaging 4.2.1 The test items and indicators of liquid fertilizer transport packaging are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Test items Stacking (general packaging, 24h plastic packaging barrel, 40℃, 28d ), m drop, m 4.2.2 The transportation packaging materials of liquid fertilizers should be strong and durable to ensure that the contents are not damaged. The packaging materials that can be used are: natural materials, metals, synthetic materials, composite materials, corrugated cardboard with moisture-proof layer, corrugated calcium plastic board and other packaging materials agreed by the transportation department and users. 4.3 Sales packaging 4.3.1 The test items and indicators of liquid fertilizer sales packaging are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Test items Airtightness (5min), kPa 4.3.2 Minimum packaging limit. Expressed in volume units, bagged products should not be less than 25mL, and bottled products should not be less than 100mL. 4.3.3 The sales packaging materials of liquid fertilizers should be strong and durable, and should not have any contact with the fertilizer. The product will not be damaged by physical and chemical effects, will not swell, leak, or affect product quality. Available packaging materials include: glass, plastic, metal, composite materials, etc. 4.3.4 The packaging container of bottled liquid fertilizer must be equipped with a suitable inner plug and outer cover or an outer cover with a gasket, and should not leak when inverted. The barrel cover of barreled liquid fertilizer must have a gasket to avoid leakage. 5 Packaging size 5.1 The size of the transport package shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4892, GB/T13201GB/T13757. 5.2 The packaging unit shall comply with the provisions of GB/T15233. 6 Sampling Sampling shall be carried out according to the inspection methods specified in the packaging materials and related products. In general production, it shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T2828; product certification 2 or Supervision and random inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T15239: appraisal inspection and arbitration inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T15239. 7 Test methods The stacking test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4857.3. 7.2 The drop test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4857.5. 7.3 The airtightness test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17344. 7.4 For degradable materials, refer to GB/T18006.2 for inspection. 8 Storage and transportation NY/T1108—2006 The storage environment of liquid fertilizer packaging must be clean and hygienic. Appropriate storage technology and methods should be selected according to product characteristics, storage principles and requirements; the storage method cannot cause changes in liquid fertilizers and cannot cause pollution.
