Some standard content:
JB8734.18734.51998 This standard is a supplement to GB5023.15023.7-1997 "Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables with rated voltages of 450/750V and below". The products covered by this standard were originally specified in GB5023.1~5023.3-85 and GB5023.4~5023.5-86, but GB5023.1~5023.3-85 and GB5023.4~5203.5-86 have been revised. The revised GB5023.1~5023.7-1997 is equivalent to using Parts 1 to 7 of the IEC227 standard. Therefore, some products have not been included despite the demand for export trade in the domestic market. The main technical parameters, basic test conditions and performance indicators of the products in this standard are consistent with the provisions of GB5023.1~5023.7--1997. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electric Wires and Cables. The drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Electric Relay Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Zengquan and Zhu Cuizhen. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Rated voltage 450/750V and below Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables and wires and cords Part 3: Flexible wires for connecting Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables and wires and cordsof rated voltages up to and Including 450/750 VPart 3, Cords for connectingThis standard specifies the models, specifications, technical requirements and inspections for flexible wires for connecting. JB 8734. 3—1998 This standard applies to copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated flexible wires for connecting household appliances, instruments and meters, and power lighting with an AC rated voltage U/U of 300/300V and below. In addition to meeting the technical requirements of this standard, the wires shall also meet the requirements of JB8734.1. 2 Referenced Standards The following standards contain provisions that constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard.
