Some standard content:

GB/T8947-1998
This standard is a revised version of GB8947-88 "Composite Plastic Woven Bags". This standard is based on the requirements of GB/T1.1--1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Writing" and GB/T1.3---87 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Product Standard Writing Provisions", and has revised the scope of application, technical requirements, test methods, etc. in the original standard, so that products can be assessed by model and unit area quality, making it more serialized. In the technical requirements, the indicators and test methods of sanitary performance and packaging temperature are added. Compared with the original standard, the scope of application of this standard is more reasonable, the technical indicator values are higher, and the test methods are more scientific. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace GB894788. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Plastic Products. The drafting unit of this standard: Changzhou Plastic Weaving General Factory, a joint venture between industry and trade. The main drafters of this standard are Zheng Chazhen and Xu Yajun. 63

5.2 Length and width
Flatten the bag and use a ruler accurate to 1mm to measure three places in the middle and 100mm from the edge. The ruler should be parallel to the edge of the bag and the maximum deviation is taken as the test result.
5.3 Unit area mass of the bag
The unit area mass of the bag is calculated according to formula (1): M = Mc + Mz + Ms
-unit area mass of the bag, g/m2;
Where: M-
Mc-unit area mass of cloth, g/m2; Mz--unit area mass of paper, g/m2; Ms---unit area mass of composite film, g/m2. (1)
Flatten the bag and take two pieces of 100cm2 from the upper and lower diagonals of the bag. The outer edge of the sample is 100mm away from the edge of the bag. Weigh the mass with a balance with a minimum graduation value of 0.018, take the arithmetic mean, and calculate the unit area mass deviation according to formula (2). T=Mi-M.
Where: T unit area mass deviation, %; M----mass of 100cm2 sample × 100, g/m; M. -
nominal unit area mass, g/m2.

The length is 300mm and the width is 50mm. The seams on both sides of the seam direction sample should be appropriately left long. The flat needle method is shown in Figure 3, and the chain method is shown in Figure 4. Three knots are tied on each side. Unit: mm
Seam edge direction
5.5.4 Record the maximum value of the sample during the stretching process. The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean, accurate to 10 N. 5.5.5 If the test specimen breaks or slips in the fixture, which affects the accuracy, the specimen should be replaced and repeated. 5.6 Peel strength test
5.6.1 Test in accordance with GB/T8808.
5.6.2 Sample pretreatment and test conditions are the same as those in 5.5.1. 5.6.3 During the test, cut two specimens in the warp and weft directions along the direction of the yarn on the other side of the bag according to the position shown in Figure 2, with a length of 200mm and a width of 30mm. The test results are expressed as arithmetic mean values, accurate to 0.1 N. If the specimen cannot be separated from the film and cloth or paper by hand or adhesive tape, making the test impossible, the specimen is deemed qualified. 5.7 Heat resistance 5.7.1 Spread the bag flat, and take two specimens in the warp and weft directions, with a length of 300mm and a width of 20mm. 5.7.2 Overlap the inner surface and apply a load of 9.8N (1kgf) on it. Put the two-in-one bag into an oven at 80℃ and the three-in-one bag into an oven at 85℃ for 1h. After taking out, immediately separate the two overlapping samples and check whether there are any abnormal conditions such as adhesion and melting marks on the surface. 5.8 Hygienic performance
