Sport Shoes
HG/T2017-2000
Replaces HG/T2017—1991
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ordinary sports shoes. This standard is applicable to cloth rubber shoes for general sports wear (excluding cloth rubber shoes for children with shoe size less than or equal to 195) processed by hot vulcanization process.

5. 1 Test conditions
According to GB/T2941, HG/T2198 regulations. The sample shall be placed for no less than 61 before the test, and the finished product shall be cut along the direction of the outer sole.
5.2 Tensile strength and elongation at break test
Perform according to GB/T28. The shape of the specimen is specified as a dumbbell cutter of type 1. When the specimen thickness does not meet the test method standard, the test is carried out according to the actual thickness of the specimen.
5.3 Abrasion test
Perform according to GB/T1689. When the test piece is not long enough, it should be overlapped along the direction of the outsole. When the specimen thickness does not meet the test method standard, the test is carried out according to the actual thickness of the specimen.
5.4 Hardness test
Perform according to GB/T531.
5. 5 Adhesion strength test
Perform according to GB/T532. Sample cutting: Take a test piece from each side of the shoe, with an effective width of (10.0±0.2) mm and an effective length of greater than or equal to 80 mm.
5.6 Outsole Thickness Determination
5.6.1 Peel off the outsole from the sample shoe and cut it at the thickest part of the forefoot and the thickest part of the rear foot and the bottom plate in a direction perpendicular to the outsole contact surface.
5.6.2 Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure the thickness of the corresponding parts (as shown in Figure 2). However, the outsole with core holes (dense parts) should be the actual thickness after deducting the core holes. Rear palm force part
