3 Technical requirements
Counting sampling procedures and sampling tables for batch inspection (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) Cleanliness determination method for small and medium-power internal combustion engines Centrifugal oil filter test method
3.1 The rotor assembly shall be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The rotor assembly shall be dynamically balanced, and the unbalance amount of dynamic balancing shall not exceed 5g·cm. 3.3 Use clean mineral oil with a kinematic viscosity of 19±1 mm/s as the test medium (HC-11 diesel engine oil is recommended, the test oil temperature is 80±2℃, and the kinematic viscosity is 19±1 mm/s). Install the rotor assembly on the rotor shaft and base of the series product, and perform performance tests on the rotor assembly. Its performance should meet the following requirements. 3.3.1
The rotor speed and drive volume flow rate should meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1
Oil inlet pressure
Rotor speed
Drive volume flow rate
≥5500
≥5500
≥5000
≥5000
Apply twice the oil inlet pressure specified in Table 1 for 5 minutes. Except for the connection threads of the rotor body and the clamping nut, all connection parts of the rotor assembly should be sealed and there should be no oil leakage. 3.3.3 Apply the oil inlet pressure as specified in Article 3.3.2, and run the filter for 10 minutes. The rotor assembly should not break and the parts should not be damaged. When the filter is tilted 30° to the left and right, the rotor speed should not drop by more than 10% of the value specified in Article 3.3.1. 3.3.4
3.4 The outer surface of the rotor assembly should be clean, and its cleanliness should comply with the requirements of Table 2. Table 2

3.5 The steel parts of the rotor assembly should be treated with anti-rust, and the anti-rust layer should be firm and reliable, and should not rust or fall off. 3.6 The rotor assembly should not have obvious bumps and scratches that affect the appearance quality. 3.7 The outer surface of the die casting of the rotor assembly, except for the dynamic balancing grinding surface, shall be flat and smooth. There shall be no defects such as burrs and flashes, and the surface roughness parameter R is 6.3μum.
3.8 The test method of the rotor assembly shall comply with the provisions of GB5200. 4 Inspection rules
