The mold testing process shall be strictly carried out in accordance with the annual production. The mold material grades shall meet the requirements of the product drawings. sInspection rules 5.1 The forging dies shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the forging drawings and this standard: 5.2 Each batch of forging dies shall have a quality guarantee certificate for the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel in accordance with the national standards. If the test results are in accordance with the national standard, the steel grade can be put into production. 5.3 The forging dies shall be tested for defects by ultrasonic flaw detection piece by piece. The detection method shall be B/T! 8, 5.4 The shape tolerance and size tolerance of the forming forging die shall be tested piece by piece with a sample, and those with deviations shall be scrapped. 6. Marking, packaging, and transportation 6.1 The forging die that has passed the inspection shall be stamped with a 10-character code by the manufacturer, including the material brand, manufacturer's mark, model number, etc., and coated with anti-rust oil. 6.2 The mold that has passed the acceptance shall be accompanied by an inspection certificate, which includes: a) Roller mold number: b) Forging die name; c) Material brand: d) Heat treatment degree: e) Contract number: f) Factory name; ) Quality inspection pass mark 6.3 The packaging and transportation of forging dies shall be specified in the order agreement.
