The center distance of the transmission gear hole on the machine body should be in accordance with the provisions of B1005, 3. The machine should be subjected to a water pressure test with a pressure of 4MP and a time of 2m, and there should be no leakage. 3.1D The machine body should be treated by cleaning, especially the oil channel should not have iron eyebrows. All oil channel components should be subjected to an oil pressure test with a pressure of 490ka and a time of 1m. Use No. 20 engine oil or oil with viscosity equal to No. 20 engine sleeve. No leakage is allowed. The paint brand and color shall be in accordance with the product sample. 3.12. The warranty period of engine body shall not be less than the warranty period of internal combustion engine. 4. Acceptance rules 4.1 Engine body shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the gas manufacturer before it can be shipped. 4.2: The manufacturer shall conduct regular random inspections on the engine. The inspection items are 3.2~3.10. Tolerances and other versions 4.3 When inspecting the quality of the machine, the sampling method can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2828 and GB/T 2829, or it can be decided by negotiation between the ordering unit and the manufacturer. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5.1 The machine body should be marked with: a) Manufacturer's name or trademark wwW.bzxz.Net b) Diesel engine model and other parts number: c) Main bearing matching cover mark; d) Manufacturing date or body number: Marked position. Dimensions and methods are specified in the product drawings. 5.2 The body should have a product quality certificate signed by the manufacturer's inspector. The certificate should be marked with:) Manufacturer's name, factory mark and address: b! Diesel engine model, parts name change parts: c) gun inspection date, 5.3 The outer surface of the packaging box is marked with: ) manufacturer name, factory logo and address; h) diesel model and other parts name: packing period, gross weight and quantity; d) receiving unit and address: e! 5.4 Before the machine is packed, it must be cleaned, oil-sealed or treated with other anti-corrosion measures, and then packed in a dry packaging box with waterproof paper to ensure that the parts will not be damaged during transportation. 5.5 The machine should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal maintenance conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the machine body will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
