The test shall be conducted according to Method A in GB/T1722. During arbitration, the test shall be conducted according to Method B in GB/T1722. The sample pool shall be 25.4 mm during inspection. 6.2 Original paint transparency
The test shall be conducted according to the provisions of GB/T1721.
6.3 Workability
The test panel substrate is 2 pieces of tinplate (about 70 mm×150 mmX0.20.3 mm). Use the diluent specified in Table 2 to dilute the paint until the outflow time is 18 to 23 s (Tu-4 viscometer). Prepare the paint film according to the spraying method in 3(2) of GB/T1727. The test panel shall be placed vertically with the long side horizontal and the short side at an angle of about 85°.
After spraying the first coat of paint, leave it for 1 hour under the specified conditions, and then spray the second coat of paint. If the spraying operation of the second coat of paint is not particularly difficult, it can be evaluated as "no obstacle to spraying the second coat". 6.4 Non-volatile content
According to the provisions of GB/T6751.
6.5 Drying time
According to the provisions of GB/T1728 (both surface dry and solid dry are in accordance with Method A) 6.6 Appearance of paint film
Use the sample after the workability inspection in 6.3, dry it under the specified conditions for 24 to 48 hours, and inspect and evaluate it at any time. Observe under natural daylight or artificial daylight conditions that meet the requirements of GB/T9761 3. If there are no obvious abnormal phenomena such as orange peel, sagging, wrinkling, uneven gloss, etc., it can be evaluated as "the paint film is flat and smooth". 6.7 Adhesion
The test board substrate is 3 pieces of tinplate (about 50mmX120mm×0.2~0.3mm). Spray two coats according to the provisions of 5.3, dry under the specified conditions for 1h, then heat in a constant temperature box at 80±2℃ for 30min, take out the test board and place it under the specified conditions for 1h, as a test sample. According to the provisions of GB/T1762.
6.8 Heat resistance
The test board substrate is 4 pieces of glass plate (about 70mm×150mm×2~3mm). Prepare the paint film according to the provisions of 5.3, dry under the specified conditions for 48h, heat the test board in a constant temperature box at 115~120℃ for 2h, take out the test board and place it under the specified conditions for 1h, as a test sample. According to the provisions of GB/T1735. 6.9 Water resistance
The test plate base material is 4 steel plates (about 70mm×150mm×0.45~0.55mm). Prepare the paint film according to the provisions of 5.3, dry it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, put it in a constant temperature box at 80±2℃ and heat it for 30 minutes, take out the test plate and place it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, then use melted paraffin to wrap the back and periphery of the test plate, and use it as a test sample after the paraffin cools down. Keep 1 of the 4 samples and put 3 into the test. Immerse it in the third-level water that meets GB/T6682 for 18 hours, take it out, and immediately compare it with the preserved sample to check the appearance of the paint film. After 2 hours of recovery, check the paint film again. During the inspection, the paint film around the sample and within 10mm from the liquid surface is not inspected. If at least two of the three samples show no wrinkles, bubbling, cracks or peeling on the paint film during the first and second observations, and the reduction in gloss, darkening or discoloration is not significant during the second observation, it shall be evaluated as “no abnormality”. 6.10 Boiling water resistance
The test panel substrate is 4 glass plates (about 70mmX150mm×2~3mm). 6.10.1 Preparation of test sample
Dilute the sample with the test diluent in Table 2 so that its outflow time is 15 to 25 seconds (Tu-4 viscometer). Place the sample in an appropriate container 3
HG/T2592-94
, so that the sample depth is about 120mm, immerse the long side of the glass plate in the sample in the container in a vertical direction, and the penetration depth is about 100mm, and immediately lift it up, with the side not dipped in the paint facing down, dry it under the specified conditions for 30 minutes, and then dip in the second coat of paint according to the above method. Place it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, enter the constant temperature box at 80±2℃ and heat it for 30 minutes, take it out and place it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, and use it as a test sample. The paint film thickness is controlled within the range of 25 to 35um for the single-sided dry paint film thickness. 6.10.2 Test method
Prepare a beaker for each sample. Fill each beaker with grade 3 water that meets the requirements of GB6682, and put 2 to 3 small ceramic pieces. Heat until 2 to 3 small bubbles rise per second. Hang the painted end of the sample downward in the above beaker, so that the lower end of the sample is about 20mm from the bottom of the beaker and the immersion depth is about 60mm. Soak in boiling water for 10 minutes, take out the sample, and immediately compare it with the sample that has not been tested to check the paint film. Then use appropriate methods to absorb the water on the sample, place it under specified conditions for 2 hours, and then check the paint film again. When checking, the paint film around the sample and within a width of about 10mm from the liquid surface is not checked. 6.10.3 Evaluation
Two of the three test panels have no wrinkles, bubbling, cracks or peeling on the paint film during the first and second inspections, and when the gloss, whitening or discoloration is not significant during the second inspection, it is evaluated as "no abnormality when immersed in boiling water". 6.11 Resistance to volatile solvent oil
The test panel substrate is 4 steel plates (about 70mm×150mm×0.45~0.55mm). Prepare the paint film according to the provisions of 5.3, seal the test panel with the original paint on all sides, dry it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, then heat it in a thermostat at a temperature of 80±2℃ for 30 minutes, place it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, take out the test panel, and use it as a test sample. Type I: Nitrocellulose wood paint shall be carried out according to the provisions of 5.4 in GB/T9274. Type I: Nitrocellulose varnish shall be carried out according to the provisions of 5.5 in GB/T9274. One of the four samples is retained, and the other three are put into the test. During the test, a glass container is prepared for each sample. Each glass container is filled with the solvent specified in the technical indicators, with a depth of about 150mm. The sample is immersed in a depth of about 120mm for 2 hours. The sample is taken out and placed vertically under the specified conditions for 2 hours before the paint film is checked.
If two of the three samples do not show wrinkles, bubbles, cracks, or peeling, and compared with the retained sample, the gloss, viscosity, and hardness do not change much, and the turbidity of the liquid is not great, it is evaluated as "no abnormality after immersion in volatile solvents". 6.12 Nitro in Solvent Soluble Matter
Weigh about 5g of the sample, put it in an evaporating dish, heat it on a water bath, evaporate most of the solvent, and put it in a thermostat maintained at 105110℃ to dry for 1 hour to obtain a solid. Cut a small amount of solid matter and place it on the drip plate. Add a drop of nitro identification reagent and observe the color immediately. If the color is dark blue, it is evaluated as "nitro exists". Preparation of nitro identification reagent: Add 0.1g of diphenylamine to nitric acid solution (100+33)V/V to dissolve it. 7 Inspection, transportation and storage

B1 If there are any foreign mechanical impurities before use, they must be filtered. B2 Before using nitro varnish, the surface of the wood should be treated in advance to make the surface smooth and clean, free of oil, wax, wood hair and other dirt. It is suitable for use with nitro lacquer.
B3 The construction method is mainly spraying, but it can also be brushed and finger-coated. Use nitro lacquer thinner to dilute to a suitable construction viscosity. During construction under humid climate conditions, if the paint film is found to be whitish, a proper amount of nitro lacquer moisture-proof agent can be added to adjust it. B4 The paint film of nitro varnish should be suitable for sand wax and polishing with light wax. During construction, the interval between two coatings should be about 10 minutes. B5 Nitro varnish should comply with relevant national regulations in terms of labor protection, safety, and hygiene during the coating operation. Additional notes:
This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments. This standard was drafted by Jinhua Paint Factory and the Paint Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Ronggen, Fei Jinhao, Dong Zhangyu, Liu Jiyuan and Shi Zhaohui. This standard is equivalent to the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K5531-85 "Nitro Spray Paint".5. One of the four samples is retained, and the other three are put into the test. During the test, a glass container is prepared for each sample. Each glass container is filled with the solvent specified in the technical indicators, with a depth of about 150mm. The sample is immersed in a depth of about 120mm for 2 hours. The sample is taken out and placed vertically under the specified conditions for 2 hours before the paint film is inspected.
If two of the three samples do not show wrinkles, bubbles, cracks, or peeling, and compared with the retained sample, the gloss, viscosity, and hardness do not change much, and the turbidity of the liquid is not great, it is evaluated as "no abnormality in immersion in volatile solvents".
7.1 Inspection classification
7.1.1 Type inspection
All technical indicators listed in this standard are type inspection items. Under normal production conditions, water resistance, resistance to volatile solvents, back viscosity and boiling water resistance are allowed to be inspected once a month; heat resistance is allowed to be inspected once every three months; nitro in solvent solubles is inspected every six months.
7.1.2 Factory inspection
Original paint color, original paint transparency, workability, non-volatile matter content, drying time, and paint film appearance are all factory inspection items, and each production batch is inspected.
7.1.3 Inspection rules
Perform according to the provisions of HG2458.
7.2 Transportation and storage
Perform according to the provisions of HG/T2458.
HG/T2592-94
