5 Inspection regulations

5.1 The quality of the product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Products shall not be allowed to leave the factory without inspection. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a product certificate. Products are inspected in batches, and the representative number of each batch shall not exceed 50 tons. 3.2 The samples of products shall be randomly sampled by the personnel of the quality inspection department. The number of sampling units shall be three times the cube root of the total number of units in the product packaging barrels, that is, 3×VN (V is the total number). If there is a decimal, it shall be rounded up to an integer. The number of sampling units shall not exceed 10 barrels. Take out samples with a total amount of about 3 tons evenly from the opened barrels. After being fully mixed, they shall be divided into samples by reduction method for inspection and reserved samples. The above samples shall be placed in sample bottles, sealed, labeled, and marked with product name, model, batch number, representative plate, sampling date, sampler, etc. The reserved samples shall be retained for one year for registration and verification. 5.3 If the product inspection result is unqualified, the inspection equipment, instruments, meters, chemical reagents, etc. shall be checked and calibrated, and then re-inspected. If the inspection result is still unqualified, it is allowed to re-sample and inspect according to Article 5.2 of this standard. If it is unqualified again, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
5.4 If there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties on the product quality, the demander has the right to re-inspect according to the inspection method specified in this standard. If necessary, please ask the relevant units to be responsible for arbitration.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
614106 type ammonia synthesis catalyst products should be packed in gas iron drums. Pay attention to the packaging and attach the product quality certificate. The content of the certificate should include: product name, model, standard number, batch number, particle size, net weight, production name, etc.
6? The packaging should be black and have obvious marks. The content includes: production name, product name, type, batch number, particle size, net quantity (k2, trademark and clearly indicate the drawings of Figure 6 and Figure 8 in G-191 3. The packaged second-grade products should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent pollution and moisture. 64. It is strictly forbidden to drop, roll or bump during transportation and loading and unloading. Rain protection should be provided during transportation. Additional remarks:
