Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage of aluminum fluoride. This standard applies to aluminum fluoride prepared by the reaction of hydrogen fluoride or hydrofluoric acid with aluminum hydroxide. Aluminum fluoride is mainly used to adjust the molecular ratio of aluminum electrolyte. GB/T 4292-1999 Aluminum fluoride GB/T4292-1999 Standard download decompression password: www.bzxz.net

Some standard content:

GB/T4292—1999
This standard is revised based on the production experience summary and production technology achievements of the fluoride salt industry over the years. This standard is the fourth revision of the "Aluminum Fluoride" standard. The technical content has the following changes and additions compared with GB/T4292-1984: 1 The content of each chemical component is calculated on a natural basis. 2 The product is divided into 4 grades according to chemical composition: special grade 1, special grade 2, grade 1, and grade 2. Special grade 1 and special grade 2 have been added. The current grade 1 and grade 2 are equivalent to the original grade 1 and grade 2, but higher than the original grade 1 and grade 2. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace GB/T4292—1984. This standard is proposed by the State Bureau of Nonferrous Metals Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standard Metrology and Quality Research Institute. Drafting unit of this standard: Xiangxiang Aluminum Factory.
The main drafters of this standard: Wang Youling, Li Zuxing, Huang Zhongxiao. 263

H20.550'C,1 h
6.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not match the grade stated in the quality certificate, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within one month from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and purchaser shall negotiate to resolve the issue. If arbitration is required, the arbitration sampling shall be conducted jointly by the supplier and purchaser.
6.2 Batching
Products shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of products of the same grade and weigh no more than 60t. 6.3 Inspection Items
Each batch of aluminum fluoride shall be inspected for chemical composition. 6.4 Number of sampling bags
6.4.1 Random sampling according to the number of sampling bags specified in Table 2 (when the total number of bags is greater than 500, the number of sampling bags shall be 3×N, where N is the total number of bags)
