This part is Part 2 of GB/T15311. This part replaces GB/T15311.2—1994. Compared with GB/T15311.2-1994, the main changes of this part are: the preface has been updated;
II has added an introduction;
The latest national standards have been cited in the chapter on normative references;
I have changed some codes in the import license format. Appendix A of this part is a normative appendix.

3.3.1 The Export License of the People's Republic of China - Four copies. The first copy (original) is used by the consignor to handle customs formalities. The second copy (copy) is retained by the customs to verify the original; the third copy (copy) is sent to the bank for foreign exchange settlement; the fourth copy (copy) is retained by the issuing authority. 3.3.2 The Chinese and English names of the Pass License of the People's Republic of China are printed at the top of the format.
