3 Test methods
3.1 Test sample
Calculation of mechanical bearing capacity of tractor gears by force method The test sample should be a qualified product manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and a trial product after a broken design or major fire improvement.
The test is carried out on the following transmission systems: bzxZ.net
a) Main drive system, including wheeled and crawler tractors, gearbox, transfer case, central drive, complete drive, front drive, h) Power output shaft drive system,
3.2 Test conditions
3.2.1 The test is carried out on an open, closed or rotating test bench, and the load fluctuation of the loading mechanism is no more than 5%, and the average value does not change by more than 1%.
3.2.2 The accuracy of the soft torque meter used in the test is not less than 0.5%. 3.2.3 The accuracy of the tachometer used in the test is not less than 5%. 3.2.4 The accuracy of the tachometer used in the test is not less than 5%. The accuracy of the meter shall not be less than ±13.2.5 The coaxiality of the test piece or the test bench rigid connection with the torque meter or torque and speed meter at both ends shall not exceed Φ0.05mm, and the coaxiality with the input shaft and the weak drive shaft shall not exceed 60.10m3.2.6 The test lubricant oil shall be in accordance with the product manual: 3.2.7 The test oil temperature shall be in accordance with the product manual. If the manual does not specify, the test oil temperature shall not exceed 85. Allowed to come from the State Machinery Industry Bureau 1999-08-06 2006-01-01 implementation
JB/E 9838-1999
External cooling is not recommended, and the lubrication conditions must be consistent with the actual use. 3.2.8 The torque values of the left and right complete drive shafts are allowed to differ by 5% during the main drive system test. 3.3 Test load
3.3.1 Main drive system test load
a) For rear-wheel drive, crawler and walking tractors, the drive wheel torque 29 calculated according to the engine rated torque is compared with the additional torque calculated according to the load-bearing capacity specified by the tractor wheel (belt), and the smaller value is taken as the test load. The formula is as follows: FLo=
Where: Product - transmission ratio from the engine to the drive wheel: T. — Transmission efficiency from the engine to the drive wheel (relevant values are taken from JB/T9837, the same below): G The load-bearing capacity of each weak-moving tire or the vertical force of each track on the ground, N: \ — Driving wheel power radius or warm belt driving wheel pitch radius, m: — Attachment coefficient,
b) For four-wheel drive tractors, the front and rear weak-moving wheel torques T, 7 are calculated according to the proportional relationship between the engine rated torque and the load-bearing capacity of the front and rear drive wheels, as the test load. For each gear with a theoretical speed lower than 7km/h, the test load is calculated according to the gear closest to 7km/h. For the address formula, see formula (12) and formula (13) in 1B/T9837. c) The reverse gear test load is 50% of the above-mentioned value. 3.3.2 The power output shaft transmission system test load is 8) The speed and torque of the power output shaft are based on the standard speed of the power output shaft and its corresponding engine torque. b) The power output shaft and the transmission shaft centerline of the loading mechanism should form an inclination angle of 10°: 3.4 Test time allocation
34.1 The main transmission system is a cycle of 100 hours. According to the design allocation of each gear 1. The test is carried out from low gear to high gear (excluding driving gear), preferably to the minimum gear specified in the test. The reverse gear test can be carried out after completing the forward gear test. 3.4.2 The power output transmission system is a cycle every 100 hours. The power output shafts with two speeds and the variable speed power output shafts are tested from low speed to high speed according to the operating time ratio allocated by the design until the specified number of hours are completed: 3.5 Preparation before the test
3.5.1 The test sample is the entire power transmission system (including the power output shaft), but the parts and components that are not related to the test results can be removed. 3.5.2 Measure the size of the main moving pair (operating parts) and the clearance of the sprocket teeth, and mark and record them. 3.5.3 Check and adjust the relevant requirements and sizes according to the product manual, add lubricating oil, and 3.6 Fitting before the test
3.6.1 Fitting of the power transmission system according to G3871. After the running-in, drain the oil, clean it and replace it with new oil. 3.6.2 For the running-in of the power output shaft transmission system, the input speed should be the standard speed of the power output shaft, and the input torque should be 25% and 75% of the rated torque of the matching engine. Run for 2 hours.
3.7 Test requirements
3.7, 1 During the test of the main transmission system and power output shaft transmission system, record the torque, speed, oil temperature and related conditions every 4 hours, and check the condition of the test piece regularly.
3.7.2 During the test of the main transmission system and power output shaft transmission system, if there are any parts or components damaged, it is allowed to replace the parts and continue the test until the specified time. After the transmission system and power output shaft transmission system test is completed, all parts shall be disassembled according to the conditions of the parts and wear plates, and photos shall be taken if necessary.
4 Equivalent system age
The coefficient of the durability test hours of the transmission system and power output shaft transmission system carried out in accordance with the above requirements and the field test hours is 3.3 (3:3.3).
5 Test shrinkage evaluation
All parts of the main transmission system and power output shaft transmission system shall pass the test for the specified time and shall not be damaged. The wear angle shall not exceed the deviation and center specified by the factory. The wheel shall not have a wheel breakage rate, and the tooth surface shall be severely pitted (the pit area of the pit is 4mm2 and the pit area is 0.5mm). The bearing shall not have loss, burns or pitting that can affect the gear positive belt transmission.
