5.1 The test environment temperature is room temperature, and the sample is placed at room temperature for no less than 2h. 5.2 The test water should be kept clean and the water temperature should not be lower than 5℃. 5.3 Safety protection measures should be taken during the test, and the pressure system should be properly inspected. 5.4 Check the appearance and geometric dimensions of the sample according to the provisions of 4.2 and 4.3. 5.5 Number the qualified samples
5.6 Vertically load the sample into the test device and rotate the handwheel to seal the two ends of the sample. 5.7 Fill the sample with clean water, remove the air, and close the exhaust valve. 43
5.8 Start the pressure pump and increase the pressure at a speed of 1~2MPa per minute until the sample is destroyed. Read the maximum value when the sample bursts, which is the burst pressure value.
6 Test results
6.1 The deviation between the burst value of a single sample and the average value is not greater than 20%. If one of them is greater than 20%, the sample is discarded and another sample with the same process conditions is retested. If the retest value meets the deviation range, the retest value is used to replace the scrapped sample data to calculate the average value. 6.2 If the test value deviation of two samples in a group of samples is greater than 20%, the group of samples is discarded and another group is retested. 6.3 Use the following formula to calculate the arithmetic mean X of the valid data, rounded to three significant figures.
