This standard applies to various hand-held electromagnetic chucks used on presses (hereinafter referred to as hand-held electromagnetic chucks). The hand-held electromagnetic chuck consists of a power supply and a chuck. The hand-held electromagnetic chuck is a hand-held tool used to place or remove workpieces into or out of the mold of a stamping machine through electromagnetic suction. Its function is to prevent the operator's hands or fingers from reaching into the upper and lower mold spaces. 1 Technical requirements
1.1 The hand-held electromagnetic chuck shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 1.2 The hand-held electromagnetic chuck should ensure reliable operation under the following conditions: a.
The altitude should not exceed 1000ms
The ambient temperature should not be higher than 40℃ and not lower than -10℃, b.
When the temperature is 20℃, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%, and the displacement amplitude and its corresponding vibration frequency should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1: in a medium without explosion hazard, and there should be no gas and conductive dust in the medium that can corrode metal and destroy insulation. 1.3 The hand-held electromagnetic chuck should ensure that there is no damage under the following storage and transportation conditions: The ambient temperature is not higher than 50℃ and not lower than ~40℃, a.

1.4 The components used in the handheld electromagnetic chuck shall comply with the provisions of their respective technical requirements in addition to complying with this standard. 1.5 The magnetic conductive parts of the handheld electromagnetic chuck shall be made of materials such as industrial pure iron with high magnetic permeability or high-quality carbon steel with a carbon content of less than 0.22%, and the materials shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. The magnetic conductive parts shall not have defects that affect the magnetic performance and appearance. 1.6 The magnetic shielding material of the handheld electromagnetic chuck shall be made of materials such as copper, aluminum or lead-tin alloy. Other non-magnetic materials may also be used without reducing the performance.
1.7 The magnetic coil of the handheld electromagnetic chuck shall be wound with high-strength enameled copper wire with good insulation performance. The coil windings shall be arranged neatly and evenly hooked tightly.

1.9 The suction force of the handheld electromagnetic chuck shall be 100% to 140% of the specified suction force (i.e. the suction force proposed in the technical specifications of the product) under the condition that the power supply voltage is 90% to 110% of the rated voltage. 1.10 The residual magnetism of the handheld electromagnetic chuck shall not exceed 10% of the specified suction force. 1.11 The temperature rise of the handheld electromagnetic chuck: The surface of the transformer shall not exceed 65°C, and the surface of the chuck shall not exceed 25°C. 1.12 The insulation resistance of the handheld electromagnetic chuck: At room temperature, the resistance value between the power cord and the shell shall not be less than 20MQ. 1.13 The dielectric strength of the handheld electromagnetic chuck: When the voltage ac1500V is applied between the power cord and the shell, there shall be no breakdown or flashover within 1min.
1.14 The wire winding voltage of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall not exceed dc24V. 1.15 The control box of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall have a good grounding screw (the specification of the screw shall not be less than M4) and a grounding mark shall be added. 1.16 The switch of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall have good insulation performance and be easy to operate. 1.17 The hand-held handle of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall have good insulation performance and be suitable for the operator to hold. Measures should also be taken to prevent the fingers from gripping or sliding forward.
1.18 The rod of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall be made of soft materials such as copper and ensure sufficient strength and rigidity. 1.19 The creepage distance and electrical clearance of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 1.20 The handheld electromagnetic suction cup shall have reliable anti-sac and anti-loosening measures. 1.21
The outer protective layer of the handheld electromagnetic chuck should be uniform, smooth and flat, and should not have cracks, peeling, blistering, sagging and wrinkling.
1.22 The service life of the handheld electromagnetic disk should be no less than 106 times. 2 Test methods
2.1 The tests of Articles 1.2b~d and 1.3 of this standard should be tested at the provincial "routine test station for electrical and electronic products". 2.1.1 Article 1.2b of this standard High temperature load test: Put the handheld electromagnetic chuck in a constant temperature box, and power it on for 4 hours at 40±3℃. It should be able to work normally. 2.1.2 Article 1.2b of this standard Low temperature load test: Put the handheld electromagnetic chuck into a plastic bag, tie it tightly and seal it, put it in a constant temperature box, and power it on for 4 hours at -10±3℃. It should be able to work normally.
2.1.3Relative humidity load test in Article 1.2C of this standard: Put the handheld electromagnetic suction cup in a constant temperature box, and power it on for 4 hours under the conditions of 20±3℃ and relative humidity of 82% to 87%, and it should be able to work normally.
2.1.4High temperature storage and transportation test in Article 1.3a of this standard: Put the handheld electromagnetic suction cup in a constant temperature box, and place it for 4 hours under the condition that the temperature rises to 50±3℃. After taking it out, place it in the natural environment for 2 hours, and when the temperature drops below 40℃, power it on for testing, and it should be able to work normally. 2.1.5Low temperature transportation test in Article 1.3a of this standard: Put the handheld electromagnetic suction cup into a plastic bag, seal it tightly, put it in a constant temperature box, and place it for 4 hours under the condition that the temperature drops to -40±3℃. After taking it out, place it in the natural environment for 4 hours, and when the temperature rises to above -10℃, power it on for testing, and it should be able to work normally. 2.1.6 Article 1.3b of this standard: wet and hot transport test: put the handheld electromagnetic suction cup into a constant temperature and humidity chamber, first raise the temperature to 40±3℃, then raise the relative humidity to 92%~97%, and place it under this condition for 48 hours. After taking it out, measure its insulation resistance immediately, and the resistance value shall not be less than 1.5M2. Then place it in the natural environment for 12 hours, and then conduct the power-on test, and it should be able to work normally. At the same time, check the parts and appearance of the safety device, and there shall be no damage or rust. 2.1.7 Article 1.2d of this standard: fasten the handheld electromagnetic suction cup on the vibration test bench according to the use state, and vibrate in the upper and lower coordinate directions when the displacement amplitude and dynamic frequency meet the requirements of Table 1, and vibrate for 15 minutes each (a total of 1 hour). During this period, the power-on test should be able to work normally. 2.1.8 Impact test for transportation in Article 1.3c of this standard: Fasten the hand-held electromagnetic suction cup with packaging on the impact test bench, and subject it to 200 impacts (a total of 1200 times) in all directions, up and down, left and right, front and back, under the conditions of peak acceleration of 10g, pulse duration of 16ms, and frequency of 40 times per minute, without damage. After the impact, immediately power on the test, and it should be able to work normally. 2.2 The suction test of Article 1.9 of this standard is to use a standard test block with a diameter slightly larger than the suction surface of the suction cup and made of No. 10 steel to hold it under the conditions that the power supply voltage is 90% and 110% of the rated voltage respectively. The weight that can hold the standard test block is the suction force. The minimum value of the suction force should not be less than 100% of the standard suction force, and the maximum value should not be greater than 140% of the standard suction force. 2.3 The residual magnetism test of the hand-held electromagnetic chuck in Article 1.10 of this standard is to suck up a standard test block with a diameter slightly larger than the suction surface of the chuck, made of No. 10 steel, and weighing 10% of the suction force of the chuck specification, and then disconnect the power of the chuck. The test block should fall off immediately. 2.4 The temperature rise test of the hand-held electromagnetic chuck in Article 1.11 of this standard is to measure the highest temperature on the surface of the transformer and the surface of the chuck immediately with a point thermometer after the chuck is continuously powered for 4 hours at rated voltage without cooling. The measured temperature minus the room temperature is the temperature rise. The temperature rise of the transformer shall not exceed 65°C. The temperature rise of the chuck shall not exceed 25°C. 2.5 The insulation resistance test of the handheld electromagnetic chuck in Article 1.12 of this standard is to connect a 500V megohmmeter between the power cord and the casing. After applying the voltage for 1 minute, the insulation resistance value shall not be less than 20M2. 2.6 The dielectric strength test of the handheld electromagnetic chuck in Article 1.13 of this standard is to use a high-voltage test device of more than 0.5kVA to apply ac1500V voltage between the power cord and the casing. There should be no breakdown or flashover within 1 minute. 2.7 The coil winding voltage test of the handheld electromagnetic chuck in Article 1.14 of this standard is to measure the voltage at both ends of the coil winding with a DC voltmeter. The voltage value shall not exceed dc24V. 2.8 The dielectric strength test of the handheld electromagnetic chuck in Article 1.13 of this standard is to use a high-voltage test device of more than 0.5kVA to apply ac1500V voltage between the power cord and the casing. There should be no breakdown or flashover within 1 minute.Article 15 The grounding test of the control box of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup is to measure the resistance between the grounding screw and the metal shell of the control box with a resistance measuring instrument. Its resistance value shall not exceed 0.12. 2.9 The service life test of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup in Article 1.22 of this standard is to suck and release at a frequency of about 30 times per minute. The cumulative number of suctions is 106 times.
3 Inspection rules
3.1 The handheld electromagnetic suction cup must be identified by the technical inspection department designated by the state in accordance with this standard and can only be produced after obtaining a license.
3.2 The inspection of the handheld electromagnetic suction cup is divided into two types: delivery inspection and type inspection. 3.3 Each handheld electromagnetic suction cup must have a factory inspection certificate in addition to the factory inspection certificate before it can leave the factory. 3.4 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the sampling plan for the first inspection of the positive belt (general inspection level II) in GB2828-81 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table". 3.4.1 Inspection items:
In addition to the inspection according to Articles 1.8 to 1.15 of this standard, the assembly quality, appearance and complete set shall be inspected according to the drawings and relevant documents. 3.4.2 Defect classification:
a. Fatal defects of handheld electromagnetic chucks: including failure to meet any of Articles 1.12 and 1.13 of this standard, b. Severe defects of handheld electromagnetic chucks: including failure to meet any of Articles 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.14 and 1.15 of this standard.
Minor defects of handheld electromagnetic chucks: including other defects that fail to meet the qualified quality requirements and do not constitute fatal defects and severe defects. c.
3.4.3 Classification of unqualified products:
a. Fatal nonconforming product: a unit product with one or more fatal defects, and may also have major and (or) minor defects. Major nonconforming product: a unit product with one or more major defects, and may also have minor defects, but not including fatal defects. b.
c. Minor nonconforming product: a unit product with one or more minor defects, but not including fatal or major defects. 3.4.4 Batch qualified quality level:
Each inspection batch is stipulated to be less than 500 units, and the batch qualified quality level is in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. 342

3.4.5 Determination of batch qualified and unqualified: GB5093-85

It should be stored in a warehouse with good air circulation, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, temperature not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -30℃, and the surrounding environment should be free of acid, alkali and other corrosive substances and dust.
