4.3 The tightness of each roll of paper should be consistent to ensure stable printing overprint. 4.4 The fiber structure of the paper is uniform, the surface is fine and smooth or meets the paper pattern specified in the order contract, and there are no folds, wrinkles, holes, hard blocks, light spots and other paper defects.
4.5 The cutting edge of the paper should be neat and free of burrs. No scraps of paper should be placed in the roll, and the end surface should be flat. 4.6 There should be no more than 7 joints per roll of paper. The joints should be firm and flat, and the upper and lower layers should not stick together. The width of the joint should not exceed 20mm, and it should be clearly marked.
The width of the roll paper is (880±3)mm, and the roll diameter is 950~~1000mm. Other sizes of products can also be produced according to the order contract. 4.7
Those with the following conditions are classified as second-class products, but no more than two items at the same time. a.
The quantitative value exceeds the specified value within 2.0g/m2; the cross-section quantitative difference exceeds the specified value within 2.0g/m2; the smoothness is lower than the specified value within 15%;
The dustiness exceeds the specified value within 20%;
The number of joints per roll of paper exceeds the specified value within 5. 5 Inspection rules
One batch is a delivery, but not more than 50t. 5.1
5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each roll of paper shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 5.3 The buyer has the right to check whether the quality of the batch of products meets the requirements of this standard. If the buyer has any objection to the quality of the batch of products, it shall notify the supplier within two months after arrival and conduct a re-inspection together. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch unqualified and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it. 5.4 The sampling inspection for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the sample unit is roll. 5.5 The sampling plan and lot quality judgment number for delivery inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. 259

6.1 The packaging and marking of stamp paper shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342 or the requirements of the order contract. 6.2 Stamp paper should be properly stored to prevent rain, snow, ground moisture and harmful substances from causing deterioration of the paper. Quantity

6.3 Use a canopy and clean transportation tool for transportation. Be careful not to damage the packaging during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to drop the paper roll from a high place during unloading.
6.4 When transporting and stacking, the product should be in the direction indicated by the arrow on the roll, and should be rolled on a flat ground or on a plank to avoid damage. 6.5 The roll paper should be placed upright during storage. If it is horizontal, an arc pad should be placed under the bottom roll, and the stacking height should not exceed 3m to prevent the paper roll from being pressed.
6.6 If the product deteriorates or its quality declines due to storage and transportation not meeting the requirements of this standard, the party responsible for the loss shall be responsible. 260

Method for measuring adhesive effect
(Supplement)
Sample collection and processing shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T450 and GB/T10739 respectively. A2 Test instruments and equipment
A2.1 Smooth metal roller: roller width (200±0.5) mm, mass should be (10±0.5) kg, that is, the metal roller specified in GB/T1540. A2.2 50 mm wide water-absorbing sponge.
A3 Test steps
A3.1 Cut at least 10 test pieces of 150mm×50mm, with the long side of the test piece in the longitudinal direction. A3.2 Place the test piece with the adhesive side facing up on a flat and hard table, and then use a sponge that has been soaked with water to evenly apply it to the middle part of the test piece 25mm away from both ends of the test piece. Take another test piece and place the front side (without adhesive facing down) on top of the test piece that has been watered, and use a metal roller to roll back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the test piece once.
A3.3 After the test pieces are dry, peel off the two test pieces from either end with force. If the paper layer is completely broken before peeling, the adhesive effect of the test piece is judged to be qualified. Repeat the operation to peel off at least 5 pairs of test pieces. If the paper layer is broken between the 5 pairs of test pieces, the adhesive effect is judged to be qualified. Additional instructions:
