The motor should be manufactured according to the following rated powers: 3.7 120W, 180W, 250W, 370W, 550W, 750W, 1100W, 1500W, 2200W, 3000W. The corresponding relationship between the motor frame number and the speed and power shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. 3.8 Synchronous speed I/min Frame number 3.9 Motor size and tolerance: Power W 3.9.1 The installation size and tolerance of the motor shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3, and the overall size shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3. The size symbols are shown in Figures 1 and 2. According to user requirements, the lead wire in Figure 2 can also be set on the side of the motor. The size and tolerance of the motor shaft extension key shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. 3.9.2 The radial runout tolerance at half the shaft extension length shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 3.9.3 The parallelism tolerance of the motor axis to the foot support surface is 0.4mm. 3.9.4 3.9.5The flatness tolerance of the motor foot support surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. 3.9.6The symmetry tolerance of the motor shaft extension keyway to the axis shall comply with the provisions of Table 7. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The motor shall comply with the requirements of this section and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The motor shall be able to operate at rated speed under the following altitudes, ambient air temperature and ambient air relative humidity conditions. 4.2.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. 4.2.2 The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but does not exceed 40°C. If the motor is specified to be used at an altitude of more than 1000m or the maximum ambient air temperature is higher or lower than 40°C, the provisions of GB755 shall be followed. 4.2.3 The minimum ambient air temperature is -15°C.
