1 Subject Content and Scope of Application

This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality assurance requirements of the ground auxiliary facilities for on-site mixing explosives. This standard applies to ground auxiliary facilities for on-site mixing explosives (hereinafter referred to as ground stations). The ground station is applicable to on-site mixing emulsified, heavy ammonium oil and granular ammonium oil explosive vehicles (hereinafter referred to as charging vehicles). 2 Reference standards

The ground station consists of an oil phase system, a water phase system, a granular ammonium nitrate feeding system, a trace element system and a ground emulsification device. The system configuration and applicable vehicle types are shown in Table 1.

4Technical requirements

4.1 The ground station shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured strictly in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The ambient temperature adapted to the ground station is ±40℃. BD-1
4.3 The relevant equipment equipped with the ground station must meet the preparation and transportation of the components required for the mixed emulsion explosives, heavy ammonium oil explosives and granular explosives.
4.4 The water, steam and oil pipeline components of the equipment shall not have defects such as water leakage, steam leakage and oil leakage. 4.5 The electrical switches and buttons of the equipment shall be flexible and reliable. 4.6 The rotation of the screw conveyor shall be flexible and stable. When conveying materials, the spiral blades shall not rub against the spiral tube. 4.7 The temperature of the aqueous solution must be 10-15℃ higher than the crystallization point. 4.8 The equipment and instruments configured in the laboratory must meet the requirements of the inspection of various components prepared by the ground station and the quality inspection of the process. 4.9 Material requirements

The ammonium nitrate solution pumping hose should use a steel wire cotton woven plastic hose that can withstand a pressure of 1.2MPa. 4.10 Safety, hygiene and environmental protection
The station area planning and external distances should comply with the relevant requirements of Class D buildings in GBJ89. 4.10.1
4.10.2 The internal distances in the general layout should comply with the provisions of Class D buildings in GBJ89. 4.10.3 The porous granular ammonium nitrate feeding device and the ammonium nitrate crushing room can be built in a row or in a suitable location near the ammonium nitrate warehouse. 4.10.4 The ammonium nitrate crushing room, the aqueous solution preparation room, the oil phase preparation room, the trace element preparation room, and the emulsification room can all be built in a row, but they must be separated by walls.
4.10.5 The workshop building and structure shall comply with the provisions of Class D buildings in GBJ89. 4.10.6 The fire water supply, wastewater treatment, heating and ventilation in the station area shall comply with the relevant provisions of Class D buildings in GBJ89. 4.10.7 Electrical lightning protection measures shall comply with the requirements of Class IIIII hazardous places in GBJ89. 4.10.8
The ground station shall formulate corresponding safety production regulations and operating procedures. 4.10.9 Except for the electrical components in the isolation room, the remaining electrical components shall have explosion-proof performance. 4.11 Appearance requirements
4.11.1 The paint surface of the equipment in the station shall be beautiful, with a firm paint layer, uniform color, smooth and flat, and shall not have defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, delamination, loss of gloss and obvious flow marks.
4.11.2 The paint of the signs shall be beautiful, clear and eye-catching, with neat and clear edges and corners, and different colors of paint shall not be contaminated with each other. 4.12 Completeness

5 Test method
5.1 Preparation before test
5.1.1 Before the test, check whether there are any debris in the material transportation, loading, crushing process and discharge port. The liquid should be free of debris and meet the technical requirements of the explosive components.
5.1.2 Connect the water phase pumping device with a hose. 5.1.3 Prepare a qualified charging vehicle. 5.2 No-load test
5.2.1 Each equipment shall be tested for no-load before leaving the factory and before load test. 5.2.2 Start each system motor separately, and the direction shall be correct, the rotation shall be flexible, and the operation shall be normal. 5.2.3 Connect the steam, water and oil circuits, and there shall be no leakage of steam, water and oil. 5.3 Load test
5.3.1 After the no-load test is passed, the load test shall be carried out in the mine or on-site according to the selected explosive formula and the batching process. 2 Keep records during the test, and estimate the annual production capacity according to Appendix A (supplement) based on the time required to dissolve a can of ammonium nitrate solution. 5.3.2
5.3.3 The product load test shall be able to cooperate with the charging vehicle to manufacture finished explosives. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection

Ground station prototypes or products that have been significantly modified should undergo type tests. The items of type tests include factory inspection and industrial tests. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1Each equipment of the ground station should be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The type of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 7.1.2

7.2 Packaging

7.2.1 The packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. The packaging storage and transportation icons shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 7.2.2
7.2.3 The technical documents accompanying the product shall be packed in a special plastic bag and placed in a packaging box marked with "Documents in this box". 7.3 Transportation
1 The product must meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 7.3.1
The product shall not be damaged during transportation and lifting (unloading). 7.3.2
7.4 When storing, the product shall be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and effective anti-rust and anti-freeze measures shall be taken. 8 Quality Assurance
8.1 Provided that the user complies with the product storage, transportation, installation and use rules, within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the product is damaged and cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge. Chargers are repaired every three years and overhauled every five years.
