3.1 Gasoline cutting machines are composed of cutting torches and atomizing devices or gasifying devices. 3.2 Product classification
Gasoline cutting machines are divided into pressurized type, heated type and high-frequency oscillation type: the pressurized type is the type in which gasoline is pressurized in the oil tank and gasified through the cutting nozzle; the heated type is the type in which gasoline is heated in the oil tank and gasified; the high-frequency oscillation type is the type in which gasoline is atomized through high-frequency oscillation. 3.3 Type indication method
The model of a gasoline cutting machine consists of Chinese phonetic letters, a serial number indicating the structure and type, and specifications. When modifying, the letters A, B, C, D... can be attached to the specifications as the number of modifications in order. Example 1:

5.1 Under the oxygen working pressure specified in this standard, when the working pressure of gasoline is 0.03~0.09MPa, the visible cutting oxygen flow length in the flame of the cutting torch shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5.3 The flame of the cutting torch should burn stably. The flame shape is correct and symmetrical, and turbulence, eccentricity, and continuous backfire are not allowed. Visible cutting 2

Oxygen flow is not allowed to be deflected. When the wind speed is: 10m/s, the flame core of the flame should remain stable when the wind blows back the flame vertically. The cutting torch should meet production requirements in different positions and working conditions. 5.4 All connections and gas valves of the cutting torch are not allowed to leak under the following intake pressures: a) In the oxygen passage: increase the maximum oxygen working pressure by 50%, but the maximum is 1.2MPa a) In the gasoline and mixed gas passage: the pressure is 0.25MPa 5.5 The cooperation between the cutting nozzle and the cutting nozzle joint, and the cooperation between the hose joint and the rear joint should ensure airtightness and interchangeability, and comply with the provisions of GB/T5107.
5.6 Before assembly, all gas passage parts must be degreased. 5.7 The pressure in the oil tank should be lower than 0.1MPa. When it exceeds 0.IMPa, it must comply with the relevant regulations for the manufacture of pressure vessels and have a safety pressure limiting valve device.
5.8 The oil tank should be equipped with explosion-proof materials or explosion-proof devices, and no leakage is allowed in the oil pipes and joints. 5.9 The oil delivery hose should be made of oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. 5.10 Appearance
a) All welded parts should be welded firmly, flat and free of defects: b) The painted parts should have uniform color and bright surface, and should not have scratches or paint peeling; c) The appearance of the cutting torch should be beautiful and tidy, without obvious mechanical damage, improper bending and surface defects. 6 Test methods and acceptance rules
6.1 Test methods
6.1.1 Air tightness test
The cutting torch is passed with oil-free gas at the pressure specified in 5.4 of this standard. When the gas valve is closed and opened, it is kept in water for 20 seconds. No leakage is allowed at each gas valve and all joints. 6.1.2 Combustion test
Carry out the combustion test under the oxygen working pressure specified in this standard and when the gasoline pressure is 0.03-0.09MPa, check whether the cutting oxygen flow length and flame performance meet the requirements of Table 2 and 5.3 in 5.1 of this standard. 6.1.3 Stability test in wind
Ignite the cutting torch equipped with No. 2 cutting nozzle (QG1-300, QG2-300, QG3-300 are No. 3 cutting nozzles) and adjust it to a neutral flame. After stabilizing for 30 seconds, make the flame perpendicular to the wind direction and place it at a wind speed of 10m/s. If the flame core of the cutting torch can burn normally within 10 seconds, it is qualified. If the flame core jumps, extinguishes or flashes back, it is allowed to repeat the test twice. If the flame core can burn normally, it is still qualified. 6.1.4 Anti-flashback test

6.1.4.1 Test conditions
The test uses QG1-100, QG2-100, QGB-100 cutting torch No. 2 cutting nozzle. The end face of the cutting nozzle is parallel to the surface of the copper plate with grooves. The distance between the cutting nozzle and the copper plate is 1.5mm, the rotation speed of the copper plate is 10r/min, and the test radius R is 165mm. 6.1.4.2 Procedure
After ignition, adjust to the standard neutral flame, and place the cutting torch on the rotating copper plate after 30s. During the test, the flame is not allowed to be adjusted. The flame is extinguished during rotation, and re-ignition is allowed.
6.1.4.3 Evaluation
If the copper plate rotates 5 times without continuous tempering, the test is qualified. If continuous tempering occurs, the test is stopped immediately, and the cutting torch (nozzle) is cooled and cleaned before repeating the test (the test shall not be repeated more than twice, and cooling is performed after each test). If there is no continuous tempering, it is still qualified. 6.2 Acceptance rules
6.2.1 The appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of 5.10 of this standard 6.2.2 The products shipped out of the factory must have product certificates and instructions for use. 6.2.3 The user has the right to inspect the delivered products according to the test methods and acceptance rules specified in this standard. 4

6.2.4 The sampling quantity and sampling method of appearance, air tightness test, combustion test, wind stability test, and tempering resistance test can be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T54351.
6.2.5 During sampling, if there are unqualified items, double sampling should be carried out to re-inspect the unqualified items. When all the re-inspections are qualified, only the unqualified products in the initial inspection will be returned for repair. If there are still unqualified items after re-inspection, no matter how many, the batch of products will be regarded as unqualified and must be repaired and resubmitted for acceptance. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The cutting torch should be marked with: manufacturer name, trademark, model, year and month of manufacture, and oxygen and gasoline intake positions. The oxygen hand wheel should have a blue mark and the gasoline hand wheel should have a red mark.
7.1.2 Each cutting nozzle should be marked with: manufacturer's name or trademark, model and cutting nozzle number. 7.1.3 The position of all marks should be obvious, and the handwriting and patterns should be clear. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Small packages should be beautiful and sturdy, and marked with the product name, model and manufacturer's name. Large packages should be sturdy, meet transportation requirements and relevant regulations, and mark the product name, model, gross weight, net weight, volume, year and month of manufacture, factory name and standard number in a neat font and clear handwriting. 7.2.2 Cutting nozzles should be packaged in small paper boxes or plastic bags (boxes). When cutting nozzles are supplied separately, each paper box or plastic bag (box) can only hold one model of cutting nozzle, and mark the product name, model, nozzle number, quantity, trademark or factory name. Large packaging should comply with the relevant provisions of 7.2.1. 5
