This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, etc. of quick opening handholes for glass carrying equipment. This standard is applicable to quick opening handholes for glass with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPl, a medium pressure of high temperature (-20℃) or low temperature (-200℃).

The cover and protective ring shall be selected, manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with ZBG94004 standard and the reference size shall be used for glass installation. 4.2 The allowable deviation of the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes and the diameter of the center circle of the bolt holes is ±0.6mm. The deviation of the length of the two bolt holes shall not exceed ±1mm. HG/T 2145.3 — 4.3 The gasket shall comply with relevant standards, and the specific materials shall comply with the technical requirements of the general drawing of the glass equipment. 4.4 After the glass quick-opening hand hole is assembled, its water pressure test or tightness test shall be carried out at the same time as the glass equipment. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage 5.1. The exposed glass surface should be wrapped firmly with soft objects, and the packaging should be fixed outside. 5.2 Collision must be prohibited during moving and transportation, and the packaging box must not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors, and outdoor storage or stacking is not allowed.
