5.3.3.1 The constant temperature of the emulsion is 55℃.
5.3.3.2 Constant temperature sedimentation for 90min, read the water output. 5.3.4 Test steps
5.3.4.1 Weigh 500g of purified oil provided by the oil field, add 500g of distilled water to the stirring container (cup) of the dynamic mixer, place the container in a constant temperature water bath at 50℃ to preheat for 1h, take it out and place it on the mixer, stir it at the maximum speed for 1min. Prepare a crude oil emulsion with a water content of 50%. Or fresh crude oil with a water content of more than 30%. 5.3.4.2 Pour the prepared crude oil emulsion into a 100ml stoppered measuring cylinder, each measuring cylinder is filled with 80ml of crude oil emulsion, add a rubber stopper and place it in a constant temperature water bath at 55℃ to preheat for 30min
5.3.4.3 Weigh 1g of demulsifier (accurate to 0.01g) on an electronic scale, and dilute it with 65ml of ethanol in 100ml of measuring cylinder. The sample to be tested is diluted and prepared in the same way.
5.3.4.4 Use a 2ml pipette to draw 1.6ml of the prepared sample solution and add it to the measuring cylinder. 5.3.4.5 Shake the measuring cylinder with demulsifier by hand for 15 times and then place it on an electric shaker. After shaking for 3 minutes, place it in a 55℃ constant temperature water bath to observe the demulsification and water discharge. Keep the temperature constant for 90 minutes and read the water discharge. 5.3.4.6 Two parallel samples are required for each sample. If the relative difference in the water discharge after 90 minutes is greater than 10%, it will be invalid. 5.3.5 Calculation
The dehydration rate of the sample is calculated according to the following formula:
y×100%
Wherein, X is the dehydration rate of the sample, %
is the average dehydration rate of the sample, ml
is the average dehydration rate of the standard sample, ml.
5.4 Determination of flash point
Determine in accordance with the provisions of GB261.
5.5 Determination of viscosity
Determine in accordance with the provisions of GB265.
5.6 Determination of solidification point
Determine in accordance with the provisions of GB510.
6 Inspection rules
SY/T5581--93
6.1TA1031 crude oil demulsifier shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and ensure that all products shipped out of the factory meet the requirements of this standard. 6.2 The flash point, kinematic viscosity and solidification point in the test items are type inspection items, and they shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.1 in GB1.3. 6.3 Each batch of demulsifier products shipped out of the factory shall have a quality certificate that meets the requirements of this standard, and its contents shall include the manufacturer's name, trademark, product name, model, batch number, production date, net weight, quality indicators of this standard and the number of this standard. 6.4 Sampling method: Randomly take 5% of the total number of products in each batch, and take a mixed sample, not less than 3 barrels. Use a 1/4 glass sampling tube or other suitable sampling tube to take out no less than 100 ml of samples from the top, middle and bottom of each barrel, and put them into clean, dry, stoppered sample bottles, cover and seal them tightly. The bottle should be marked with: manufacturer name, product name, model, batch number, sampling date. 6.5 The user has the right to conduct random inspections on this product in accordance with the requirements specified in this standard. If the random inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection. If the re-inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products should be treated as unqualified products. 6.6 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, arbitration should be conducted in accordance with this standard. The arbitration unit shall be jointly agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The packaging barrel should be clearly and firmly marked: product name, model, batch number, net weight, manufacturer name, trademark, production date, this standard number, and attached with product qualification mark. 7.2 Packaging
TA1031 crude oil demulsifier should be packed in clean, dry, sealed, non-leaking iron barrels. Each net weight is 180±1.0kg. 7.3 Transportation
Prevent drenching, exposure and collision during transportation. 7.4 Storage
Store away from direct sunlight, rain, and heat sources. The storage period is two years. Additional remarks
