Some standard content:
GB/T172981998
This standard provides a unified standard for those who draft document standards. This standard is formulated for the first time.
Appendix A is the appendix of the standard; Appendix B is the appendix of the suggestion. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Document Format and Data Elements; this standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Institute of Standardization and Information Classification and Coding. The drafting unit of this standard is: China Institute of Standardization and Information Classification and Coding. The main drafters of this standard are: Fang Qing, Zhang Rongjing, Li Shu. 1 Scope
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Drafting rules for document standards
Drafting rules for document standards This standard specifies the principles and methods for the preparation of document standards. This standard is applicable to the contraction process of document standards. Referenced standards
GB/T 17298 — 1998
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should discuss the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T1.1-1993 Guidelines for standardization work Unit 1: Rules for drafting and expressing standards Part 1: Basic provisions for writing standards GB3910-83 Line spacing and character spacing for small machines and data processing equipment GB 9655-88 Character spacing and line spacing for information processing equipment GB/T14393-93 Position of codes in trade documents GB/T15191-1997 Standard data element for trade data element CB/T16832-1997 Basic format design 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Document (receipt) Document is usually permanent: a data carrier that can be read by humans or machines and carries data records. (GB/T14393) 3.2 Imagearea
A predetermined area for copying, storing or transmitting sequential recorded information. (GB/T16832) 3.3 Line
A specific distance from the top edge of the imagearea downwards: indicated by L. 3.4 Position
A specific distance from the edge of the imagearea between the edges: indicated by P. 4 Preparation principles
4.1 Simplicity
When preparing document standards, the document column settings should be as concise and clear as possible, avoiding the appearance of redundant data elements, and making full use of the same data element descriptions of existing document standards.
4.2 Universality
Document standards should be widely applicable to the business management needs of relevant fields. If they need to be used across industries, they should meet the application requirements of different industries as much as possible. The designed documents should be able to meet the needs of automated processing and take into account the requirements of on-site operations. 4.3-Consistency
The format design, data element definition and description in the document standard should be consistent with the current national standards or international standards. 5 Document standard group or basic requirements
When compiling document standards, in addition to the cover, table of contents, foreword, scope, referenced standards, definitions, appendices, etc. of the standard arranged in the format of G/F1.1, detailed descriptions of the document standards should be given in the following order. 5.1 Paper requirements
The requirements for document paper should be given, including the quantity, quality and size (in mm) of the document paper. 5.2 The size and tolerance of the image and text area and the upper white margin and left margin (in mm) should be given: and the width of the line and position should be given. The width of the line and position should preferably use the line spacing and character spacing specified in GB9655 and GB3910. The spacing between characters is equal to half of the spacing between characters (including full-width characters). The division of lines and positions is shown in Appendix A. 5.3 Document color
The color of the document paper and font should be explained. If it is a multi-copy document, the color and function of the paper and font of each copy of the document should also be explained.
5.4 Character table method
In the document standard If letters or numbers are used to represent certain attributes of data elements in a document, the following abbreviations should be used:
a=alphanumeric characters: www.bzxz.net
ii=numeric characters:
a=alphanumeric characters;
3=3 characters in length;
17=a data unit of indefinite length with a maximum of 17 characters; ..3×5=a data unit of indefinite length that can occupy a maximum of 5 lines, with a maximum of 35 characters in each line; ..35×n=a data unit of indefinite length with 1 to 35 characters in each line and an indefinite number of lines. ; an5 (aannn) = a fixed length of 5 alphanumeric characters, the first 2 are alphabetic characters, and the last 3 are numeric characters arranged continuously: an5 (aa-nn) is a fixed length of 5 alphanumeric characters, consisting of two small units, connected by a "\ hyphen in the middle: n7nn, nnnn, n) is a fixed length of 7 numeric characters, consisting of three small units, uninterrupted, and each unit is separated by a comma \, \; (n2) a3 = another data element represented by 2 numeric characters is in front, and the length is limited to 3 characters; L = line, followed by the line number. The line number of the ·th line under the upper edge of the graphic area is 1, the line number of the first line is 2, and the line numbers of other lines are deduced in the same way ;P-position, followed by the position number. The position number of the position on the right side of the left line of the graphic area is 1. The position number of the second position is 2, and the other position numbers are distributed in the same way.
5.5 Font and font size
Explanation should be given for various different fonts and corresponding font sizes involved in the document. 5.6 Data element description
All data elements involved in the document should be described in the following format in accordance with the requirements of GB/T15191. Article number Data element name

B5.1 Paper requirements
The documents in this standard use 80g/mA offset paper, and the minimum size of the document paper is A4 (297mm×210mm). B5.2 Dimensions of the text area
Dimensions of the image and text area 260 mm×180 mm
Left 20 mm ± 0.5 mm
Top white margin: 20 mm main 0.5 mm,
Line width value is 4.233mm! The width of the
position is 2.54mm1, and an alphabetic character (including full-length characters) occupies the position of two alphabetic characters. B5.3
A line is a light green background with black lines and black characters, which serves as a stub. B5.4 Character representation
