Standard is a revision of GB5769-B6 "Technical requirements of diesel engine injector assembly". Compared with GB5769-6, the following ten major technical contents have been modified: The flow grouping of the fuel injector used on the diesel engine is unified with B/T51172-4 "Quality classification of diesel engine injector assembly products", and the calculation formula has been added. During the fuel injector quality inspection, the number of fuel injections per minute is changed from 40 to 80 times, and the test speed is increased to 60 to 10 times: it is closer to the actual performance of the fuel injector, and the test speed is increased. This standard incorporates JRT71-95, the limit value of cleanliness of fuel pump nozzles for oil engines, and JBT5183-3, the "Reliability Assessment and Evaluation Method for Fuel Injector Assemblies", and improves the standard content, and improves the technical indicators and

3.5.2 The start of the injection should be obvious, and there should be a special sound or a warning that meets the structural characteristics of the nozzle. 3.5.3 It is allowed to use the injector samples agreed with the user for comparative evaluation. 3.6 The injection coupling of the fuel injector shall not have oil accumulation on the surface or head at the beginning and end of the injection. 3.? There shall be no oil drop phenomenon at the seals of the fuel injector. 3.H The cleanliness limit of the fuel injector shall comply with the provisions of JH/7661: 3. The flow rate and deviation of the fuel injector shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents approved by a certain procedure. The flow value of the fuel injector used on the multi-cylinder fuel engine shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. The flow value can also be grouped. The flow deviation of the light flow value of the injection nozzle in a group of fuel injection nozzles from the half-average flow value shall not exceed +3%: The flow deviation is calculated according to the formula:
8 - 22-2 100%
Formula only:. The maximum flow value of one sample (in the same group): 2 The maximum flow value of two samples (or groups): - the average flow value of the sample (or group). 3.10 The determination method of injector reliability assessment shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of JB/T51183-94. 3.11 Under the conditions specified in the user manual, the warranty period of the injector is 1 year from the date of leaving the factory, and the cumulative working time shall not exceed 2000. If the injector is damaged or cannot be used normally due to the manufacturer's replacement within the warranty period, the manufacturer shall reduce the warranty period of the injector nozzle parts in accordance with the provisions of 3.16 of JB/T7296-94. 4 Test method
4.1 Test conditions
When conducting tests 4.2 to 4.7, the test conditions shall be met. 4.1.1 Test equipment and instruments
4.1.1.1 The manual injector tester shall comply with the provisions of 62. The length of the external pressure oil pipe shall not be less than 60 mL, the outer diameter shall not be less than 6 mm, and the inner diameter shall not be less than 2 mm.
