3.1 Lighting power supply
3,1,1 The lighting power supply is provided by the generator set or the power grid. 3.1.2 The lighting load of the well site shall comply with the provisions of 7.0.7 of GB50034-1992. 3.1.3 The lighting line shall be equipped with a leakage protection switch that meets the technical requirements. 3.1.4 The lighting power supply and searchlight power supply of the well control system shall be set up with a dedicated line from the control panel of the distribution room. 3.1.5 The input and output circuits of the mobile lighting power supply shall be isolated in circuit. 3.2 Lighting voltage and frequency
3.2.1 The terminal voltage of the lighting lamp shall comply with the provisions of 7.0.1 of GB50034-1992, 3.2.2 The mobile lighting voltage shall comply with the provisions of 7.0.2~7.0.4 of GB 50034-1992, 3.2.3 The rated frequency of the lighting power supply shall be 50Hz3.3 Lighting circuit
3.3.1 The well site lighting circuit shall use rubber sheathed cable. 3.3.2 The parallel field lighting circuit shall be erected on a dedicated pole in separate lines, the pole spacing shall be less than 20m, and the height from the ground shall not be less than 31m: the crossing height shall not be less than 51ml. The lighting circuit of the pump room and purification system shall be 2.5ml away from the equipment when crossing the equipment3.3.3.3 The cross section of the neutral line of the single-phase circuit shall be alternate with the cross section of the phase line. The cross section of the working neutral line and the protective neutral line of the three-phase four-wire system shall not be less than 50% of the cabinet line.
3.3.4 The current of the lighting branch circuit should not exceed 15A. 3.3.5 The lighting circuit of the well site should use YZ2×1.5mm2 cable. 3.3.6 The derrick lighting circuit should use YZ2×2.5mm2 cable: the drilling platform and the derrick second-floor platform should be powered by branch circuits: the branch lighting circuit should be laid with Yz 2×1.5mm cable. Anti-wear measures should be taken at the friction points between the cable and the frame. 3.3.7 The main lighting circuit of the well site room should use YZ4×6+1×2.51211m~ cable: the branch circuit entering the room should use YZ2×2.5131m cable, and the cable should be equipped with a waterproof elbow at the wall of the room, and the cable should be passed through an insulating tube when passing through the wall indoors. 3.3.8 The lighting circuits of the machine room and drilling fluid circulation tank should be laid with oil-resistant rubber-sheathed cables, and there should be cable troughs or cable threading tubes: the cable troughs or cable threading tubes should have a certain mechanical strength and can be laid on the top or outside, or inside the base of the machine room. Special wiring pins or explosion-proof connectors should have waterproof measures,
3.3.9 Each lighting cable branch should be crimped through an explosion-proof junction box or explosion-proof junction box, and when the branch is connected to the branch, it should be knotted and wrapped and high-voltage insulated.
3.4 ​​Lamps
3.4.1 All lighting in the well site should use explosion-proof lamps and explosion-proof switches. The number of lamps should comply with the provisions of 3.2.15 of SY5225--1994. The lighting of the well site rooms is equipped with explosion-proof lamps. The models and quantities are shown in Table 1. Table 1

3.4.3 The fixing position of the lamps should meet the construction requirements and be firmly fixed. 4 Equipment color
The color of drilling equipment and facilities at the well site shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6527.2-1986. 4.1 Drilling and crane color
The tower derrick and base shall be gray, the base of the self-supporting derrick shall be silver-white, the middle of the derrick body shall be red, and the two ends shall be silver-white: the side room of the drilling platform shall be silver-white. The crane shall be red, and a red explosion-proof beacon shall be installed on the top of the crane. 4.2 Drilling equipment and auxiliary facilities color
4.2.1 The mobile pulley shall be yellow and black diagonal stripes. The big hook: the faucet shall be yellow. The winch, turntable and chain guard shall be sky blue. The weight indicator shall be red.
4.2.2 The gas (electric) winch shall be yellow, the hydraulic tongs B-type tongs shall be red, the tongs hydraulic control box shall be yellow, and the square drill pipe spinner knob shall be red.
4.3 Color of pump equipment
4.3.1 Diesel engine should be yellow.
Drilling and pumping should be sky blue.
Exposed rotating parts, air bag, safety valve and pressure relief pipe should be red. 4.3.41

5.1 Division of signals
