For the lining of pipes for conveying water, ordinary silicate cement, silicate cement or slag silicate cement shall be used. 3.2.3 Slag silicate cement, volcanic ash silicate cement and fly ash silicate cement shall comply with the provisions of "Slag silicate cement, volcanic charcoal silicate cement and fly ash silicate cement": silicate cement and ordinary silicate cement shall comply with the provisions of "Portland cement, ordinary silicate cement". 3.2.4 During transportation and storage of cement, attention should be paid to moisture-proof and waterproof. 3.2.5 Cement should have a factory quality certificate and re-inspection report. 3.3 Fly ash 3.3.1 Fly ash should be the by-product of coal powder combustion in thermal power plants: it should not contain mud, tea grass, shredded paper and other debris. The fly ash used in pipeline lining should comply with the provisions of Table 3.3.1. The sand particles should all be able to pass through the 1.25mm square sieve hole. For the 0.315m square sieve hole, the sieve residue should be 49%~60%; for the 0.16m11 square sieve, the passing amount should not exceed 5%. 3.4.2 The content of harmful impurities in fine sand should not exceed 3% of the total amount of sand: the quality of fine sand should comply with the provisions of the "Quality Standards and Test Methods for Ordinary Concrete Sand". 3.5 Water for mixing and curing 3.5.1 Drinking water should be used for mixing and curing fly ash cement mortar. If other water sources are used, the water quality must meet the water quality requirements for mixing and curing water in Table 351.
