3Product classification
3.1Structural type
The vibrator consists of a motor, a flexible shaft hose and a vibrating rod. The motor drives the vibrator in the vibrating rod to make planetary motion around the raceway through the flexible shaft, and the planetary motion causes the vibrating rod to generate high-frequency vibration. 3.2 Main parameters and size series
The main parameter of the vibrator is the diameter of the vibrating rod (mm), which determines the following series: 25, 30, 35, 42, 50, 60, 70.
3.3 Model
The vibrator model consists of the model code and the main parameters. The model description is as follows: Approved by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China on December 23, 1987 and implemented on July 1, 1988

4.1 The vibrator shall be manufactured according to the drawings and documents of the prescribed procedures and meet the requirements of this standard. 10
4.2 The appearance of the vibrator should be beautiful, and all joints should be firm and reliable without looseness. During operation or transportation, there should be no sharp corners or protrusions in the places where the user contacts, so as to avoid accidental restraint of the operator, such as hands, feet, legs, and clothes being caught. The appearance of the vibrator (including the hose connector) is required to be straight and smooth, and there should be no shoulder exceeding 1mm to avoid jamming the steel bar. All exposed metal surfaces processed should be treated with anti-rust treatment. The painted metal surface should be uniform, delicate, bright, flat, and consistent in color. There should be no defects such as stickiness, brittle cracks, peeling, wrinkles, bubbles, adhered particle impurities, flow marks, and obvious brush marks.
4.3 Motor
The motor used in the vibrator is a special motor, and its technical conditions should meet the following requirements: 4.3.1 The maximum temperature of the ambient air is 40℃. However, when the temperature rise test of the vibrator motor is carried out, it must be carried out under parallel light equivalent to 1kW/m2 of sunlight.

4.3.6 In order to adapt to the working conditions of the vibrator, the vibrator motor should be equipped with a handle that is easy to carry and a chassis that can be flexibly rotated during operation or a sled bottom plate that can be dragged freely, so that it can work normally on the concrete surface or steel skeleton under construction. 4.3.7 In order to ensure that the flexible shaft of the vibrator can rotate in the specified direction of torque transmission, the anti-reverse mechanism of the vibrator must be sensitive and reliable. When the motor is reversed, the vibrator rod shall not start vibrating; while when it is forward (looking at the motor head, the motor rotates counterclockwise for forward rotation), the vibrator rod can work normally. 4.3.8 The vibrator motor should withstand rough operations that may occur in normal use. After the motor has been subjected to the drop test, all parts should not have cracks, the fan can still work normally, all connection parts such as the handle, chassis, switch, etc. should not be loose or damaged, and can maintain the original function, and the electrical performance of the motor can still meet the standard requirements. 4.3.9 In order to ensure personal safety, there must be a firm and reliable grounding terminal in the vibrator motor. The metal parts of the grounding terminal should effectively prevent electrochemical corrosion. The accessible metal parts must be electrically connected to the grounding terminal (except for the accessible metal parts separated from the live parts by insulating materials that at least meet the protective insulation requirements). The contact resistance of the motor grounding terminal should not be greater than 0.12, and there should be a grounding mark at the grounding terminal.
4.3.10 The wiring groove of the vibrator motor junction box should be smooth and without sharp edges. The internal wiring should be protected from contact with the burrs that can damage the insulation of the wire. The metal holes used to pass the insulated wires should be equipped with insulating bushings, and the cable outlet holes should be equipped with cable sheaths. The cable sheath shall have sufficient mechanical strength. After 20,000 bending tests, the cable sheath shall not be loose or damaged. The number of broken strands of the wire in the cable shall not exceed 10%. There shall be a cable fastening device in the junction box to prevent the wire from being subjected to tension and torsion at the connection point in the junction box and to protect the protective layer of the wire from being damaged. After the specified tensile test, the soft cable shall not be damaged, the longitudinal displacement shall not be greater than 2mm, the moving distance of the wire at the terminal shall not be greater than 1mm, and there shall be no obvious changes at the connection point. 4.3.11 In addition to meeting the above technical conditions, the electrical performance of the motor used for the vibrator shall also meet the relevant provisions of GB3883.1 and the relevant provisions of GB755 and GB5171 corresponding to the motor power. 4.4 Vibrating rod
4.4.1 The limit deviation of the diameter of the vibrating rod is ±5% of the nominal size in Table 1. 4.4.2 The material and heat treatment process of the vibrating rod parts shall be able to meet the strength and life requirements of the vibrator. During use, looseness, breakage or sharp decline in vibrator performance due to wear are not allowed. 4.4.3 The bearing of the vibrator should ensure that the roller cone and raceway of the vibrator can be well engaged, and its bearing can use a special large-clearance ball bearing.

The maximum excitation force of the vibrator is ±15% of the design value; d.
The distance between the zero vibration point of the vibrator and the tip end is ±5% of the design value. 4.4.5 The bearing and oil seal of the vibrator should be properly matched. The lubricating oil of the bearing should be placed moderately and should not leak into the shell of the vibrator, causing relative sliding between the roller cone and the raceway. In order to ensure the service life of the bearings, oil seals, roller cones and raceways of the vibrator, the temperature rise test shall be carried out according to the regulations. The temperature rise of the bearing part of the vibrator shell shall not exceed 18K, and the temperature rise of the raceway part of the shell shall not exceed 10K. 4.4.6 The vibrating rod must have good water tightness and should not have water seepage. The vibrating rod should not stop vibrating, be damaged or loose when loaded. After the vibrator test, open the tip and there should be no water drops dripping out, and no dust or debris pouring out.
