Introduction to standards:

GB/T 38906-2020. Low impact development stormwater management and harvest-Facility classification.
1 Scope
GB/T 38906 specifies the classification principles, code structure and coding method, facility classification code and name of low impact development stormwater control and utilization facilities.
GB/T 38906 applies to the classification and coding of low impact development stormwater control and utilization facilities.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Low impact development
It emphasizes that urban development should reduce the impact on the environment. Its core is to build drainage projects that are compatible with nature based on the concept of source control and reduction of impact load, reasonably use space and take corresponding measures to control storm runoff and reduce urban runoff pollution.
Note: Rewrite GB 50014-2006 (2016 edition), definition 2.1.8B.
2.2
Stormwater management and harvest
General term for reducing the total amount and peak value of runoff and reducing runoff pollution in urban areas and collecting and reusing rainwater.
Note 1: Rewrite GB 50400-2016, definition 2.1.1.
Note 2: Including rainwater infiltration, collection and reuse, regulation, interception and purification, and transfer.
3 Classification principles
3.1 Principle of consideration
Focus on the main functions of low-impact development rainwater control and utilization facilities, and take into account the control objectives.
3.2 Principle of scalability
Rainwater control and utilization facilities for low-impact development that are not included in this standard can be coded according to the coding method.
4 Code structure and coding method
4.1 Code structure
Using the line classification method, low-impact development rainwater control and utilization facilities are divided into three levels: large category, medium category and small category, as shown in Figure 1.
4.2 Coding method
A hierarchical coding method is adopted, which consists of 6 Arabic numeral codes. The codes for each layer are:
-The first layer is for large-category facilities, represented by a 2-digit code;
-The second layer is for medium-category facilities, represented by a 2-digit code for the first layer + a 2-digit code for the second layer, a total of 4-digit codes;
-The third layer is for small-category facilities, represented by a 2-digit code for the first layer + a 2-digit code for the second layer + a 2-digit code for the third layer, a total of 6-digit codes;
-From the first layer to the third layer, in principle, each layer is a two-digit sequential code from 01 to 99, and the facilities containing "others" are the accommodation items of the facilities on the previous layer, represented by the code "99";
-When there is no further subdivision from the second layer, the following code is supplemented with "00" to the third layer.
This standard specifies the classification principles, code structure and coding method, facility classification code and name of low-impact development rainwater control and utilization facilities. This standard applies to the classification and coding of low-impact development rainwater control and utilization facilities.

Coding method
A hierarchical coding method is adopted, consisting of 6-digit Arabic numeral codes. The codes for each layer are as follows: the first layer is for major facilities, represented by a 2-digit code; the second layer is for medium-class facilities, represented by a 2-digit code for the first layer plus a 2-digit code for the second layer, a total of 4-digit codes; the third layer is for minor facilities, represented by a 2-digit code for the first layer plus a 2-digit code for the second layer plus a 2-digit code for the third layer, a total of 6-digit codes;
In principle, from the first layer to the third layer, each layer is a two-digit sequential code from 01 to 99, and the facilities containing "others" are the accommodation items of the facilities on the previous layer, represented by the code "99";
When there is no further subdivision from the second layer, the following code is supplemented with "00" to the third layer. 5 Facility classification code and name

General
General
In areas where the groundwater level and rock layer are high, the soil permeability is poor, and the terrain is steep, necessary measures such as soil replacement, anti-seepage, and setting steps should be taken to avoid secondary disasters, which will increase construction costs Use
When applied over a large area, it is easily affected by terrain and other conditions
There are strict requirements for roof load, waterproofing, slope, space conditions, etc.
There are strict requirements for roof load, waterproofing, slope, space conditions, etc.
There are strict requirements for site conditions and high requirements for later maintenance and management
The control effect of water quality and water quantity is limited, the purification capacity is low, the water quality requirements are high, and too much suspended solids cannot be combined. Pretreatment needs to be considered5
