3 Requirements

4.1 In order to prevent and reduce the possible danger to the driver or operator, the engineering machinery product may be equipped with a rollover protection structure or a falling object protection structure. The installed protection structure shall not hinder the normal operation of the driver or the operator. 4.2 The rollover protection structure installed on the light machinery product shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17922. When installing the rollover protection structure: the driver's seat shall be equipped with a safety belt. The safety belt and the anchor shall withstand a tensile force of 15kN for not less than 1Us. 1.31 The falling object protection structure installed on the engine shall comply with the provisions of GB1771. 6 Gas and pressure systems
6.1 Gas and pressure relief systems should have pressure relief facilities to release the remaining pressure in the gas and pressure relief systems before maintaining the gas and pressure relief systems.
6.2 Gas and hydraulic systems should have facilities that will not cause or generate dust hazards when the pressure drops suddenly or high-pressure liquid or gas is injected. 6.3 The hoses, pipes and joints in the gas and pressure relief systems should have sufficient strength. The pipeline layout should be easy to check and repair, and the installation position of the pipe should be convenient for it to be affected by the temperature of the engine or other charging parts. 6.4 Pressure safety valves should be installed in the gas and pressure relief systems. 7 Lighting, alarm and electrical systems
7.11 External warning devices installed on engineering machinery products should meet the requirements of the operating conditions. 7.2 The display information of the gas, pressure and pressure of important parts and the position of fuel and oil tanks. The driver should be able to observe or understand at any time.

8 Driver's stand, operating device and braking system
8.1 When installing a driver's cab on an engineering machinery product, its internal space should comply with the specifications of 0B.T8420: 8.1. The driver's cab (except for oil drilling machines) should generally have two exits, and the doors and windows of the engine room should be made of safety glass. A wiper should be installed on the front windshield of a hydraulic machine and can work normally in an ambient temperature range of 40℃-+50℃. 8.3. The cables and pressure pipes near the driver's seat should be covered well, and the driver should not be injured when the cables are slightly damaged. 8.4. For hydraulic products operating in plateau areas, the glass on the doors and windows of the engine room should be taken to reduce ultraviolet radiation to prevent the driver from being burned.
8.5. The layout of the inspection equipment in the driver's cab should comply with the provisions of 1A/T3683, and the operating devices should adopt the standards specified in GB.T8593.1 and GB/T8593.2. The minimum clear width between the operator and the adjacent parts should comply with the provisions of the table, and the relative width between other parts of the controllable machine should not be less than Bmm. 8.6 An independent driving brake system and parking brake system shall be installed on the engineering machinery product. When in operation and driving, the braking system shall not produce self-braking phenomenon. An auxiliary braking system that can brake suddenly without continuous force from the driver shall be installed on the tire-type engineering machinery product. The system, after being started, must be restored to the normal position by the human before it can be started again. 8.8 The performance requirements and test methods of the braking system of tire-type engineering machinery shall comply with the provisions of JGT4S.
